Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Allen Nunnekamp has done very good work for us…read more He has had to dig out a sewer pipe for us by hand in order to find our problem (tree roots) and replace the pipe and he fixed it so any blockages can be removed without digging again. He also replace our furnace/airconditioner. In the last year he was able to trouble shoot a couple of problems for us and get it fixed. The last one he told us we could change the water condenser pump ourselves that saved us some money. And we could do it! His office manager left the pump outside for me to pick up so I didn't have to wait on it as he was going to be out of the office. Allen usually makes our place the last on the list for the day if we do need his service since we are neighbors and that way we get a chance to visit and catch up on the latest. However, I decided then that I wanted to completely replace the old loud and obnoxious unit with a higher efficiency air conditioner. No problem. K-T had their technicians at my house within a couple of days. They arrived on a Thursday at 11:00 AM and by 4:00 PM my house was cooling down nicely. The technicians were knowledgeable and very polite, especially given my barrage of questions. I could not be happier with my new Trane air conditioner. It is so quiet I sometimes wonder if it is even on. It is, and has been since that Thursday, keeping my house cool and comfortable.
