Location & Setup This isn't a restaurant...it's a small…read morestreet vendor setup right in front of the little parking lot (next to Waba Grill...where a few stores are all together). She has her grill and two small tables with chairs if you want to sit and eat there. Easy to spot once you know to look in the parking area. I parked right there, no problem. Service & Vibe I went around 11 a.m., so it was pretty quiet and calm. The lady making the pupusas was nice...not overly talkative, just friendly and welcoming. She fired up the grill and made everything fresh. Another person with her took the payment and asked if I wanted spicy or non-spicy salsa with the curtido. Simple, smooth, and quick. Menu Options She has all the typical Salvadoran pupusa fillings queso con loroco, frijol y queso, revueltas, etc. Not just one option. And yes, you can choose any filling at the same price, which I really appreciate. Prices The prices are honestly AMAZING. Pupusas are $3 each, or 2 for $5, which is probably the cheapest I've seen for fresh, made-to-order pupusas. And they're not tiny. Comparable places I've gone to usually charge way more, and sometimes you don't even get options at that price. Taste & Quality My pupusas were hot and fresh off the grill. A good amount of cheese and loroco...definitely not skimpy. The curtido and salsa were good too. They tasted a little different from what I'm used to, but still really good. I finished both and felt satisfied without feeling heavy. Wait Time My order took about 5-7 minutes. I was taking pictures, so the time went by fast, but either way, they were definitely made fresh. Name She doesn't have a sign or formal name, but when I asked, she told me the name of her spot is "Noemy's Pupusas." That's what she goes by and what I listed it under. Overall Honestly, I'm really glad I stopped. Affordable, fresh, and homemade pupusas you can grab quickly without the wait or sit-down restaurant situation. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area or nearby.
