The kids picked out the type of food and Arlene came up with great menus, something for each to prepare. She was so patient and calm, and taught them some knife skills and food tips that I enjoyed learning too! I bought all the food and we used my equipment, which meant figuring out how to adjust. The food both times tasted like it was from a restaurant, we were super impressed! The kale jambalaya & shrimp toasts were favorites from each dinner. I would highly recommend Arlene to anyone wanting to have a fun and educational cooking experience for their kids (and parents)!!
