The parcel, that was supposed to come ~ 1.5 weeks ago, and was not showing up. My husband, and I…read moredid not get any note in the post, nor any notifications, or emails. After a few days we contacted DHL Express customer support, and were told, that they will look into it, and let us know the results, and we have not heard from them since. Seeing, that they clearly do not care, and are not going to look into the accident any further, we decided to go around and ask the neighbours, just in case, and it turned out, that the parcel was left with the neighbour, who was not told, that it is for us, nor were we notified, that it is left with him. We did not recieve any note in the post about it being left there, and the customer support still did not contact us, regarding the situation. We never thought, that DHL services can be so unreliable. That kind of unaccountability is unnacceptable at our day and age, especially, when it comes to the company of that scale!
