The HERMES store in Naples is beautiful, with a high selection of items. Anastasia was my sales person and she was more than helpful, plus super knowledgeable about Hermes products. We received immediate assistance and were also offered water during our visit. Anastasia was very patient and showed us a multitude of products. I was lucky enough to score a bag in the perfect summer color of off-white, and also a couple shawls, a pink/mint reversible belt, plus jewelry which compliments my other purchases. I've been a customer here for a couple of years and have purchased multiple pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, my recent experience was really disappointing. The sandals I bought broke, and the damage was quite significant. When I went back to the store, they didn't offer any real help or solution. The only option given to me was to pay to have them fixed, which didn't feel fair considering the situation. On top of that, some of staff was not welcoming or helpful, which made the experience even worse. As a customer , I expected better service and support. I'm sure it could be great, but honestly, I couldn't get over the snootiness. The story: my friend and I arrived at Hermes to buy a bracelet for a friend of ours. A $675 bracelet. When we entered, the doorman didn't look at us or welcome us. Not one word. We walked around for close to 1/2 an hour without one person making eye contact or greeting us. I get it. They're fairly new here and there were 3 other people there. It wouldn't have taken a second to look up and let us know we are seen. My friend was about to leave and I said no, our bestie really wanted this bracelet so we had to stay. Were we dressed inappropriately? No. I had on a sundress, Tiffany earrings and a Rolex watch. Maybe we didn't look snooty ourselves? Maybe they didn't like my Prada bag...All I know is, by the time someone acknowledged us and asked to help us, the other three already left and didn't purchase anything. We were their only sale that hour. My suggestion to this business- treat everyone the same. And... don't act snooty- after all, you don't own Hermes, you just work there. We got our birthday bracelet for our friend and left. I won't be shopping here again- I'll stick to Tiffany's.. they are always friendly and the doorman smiles at me every time. Hermes-take note. Ps. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about this boutique. I went for the first time in February, and without any purchase history I was able to buy multiple items, including a Picotin 18. Angie was more than helpful! We were in the store for almost two hours with her, and she never once seemed bothered by helping us. She pulled out dozens of scarves for me to try on and like I said earlier, offered me a bag. It was such a special experience and that's all thanks to Angie. We have worked together a few times over the phone since then. I can't wait for our next trip to Naples! read more

Super rude staff. Super disgusting attitude and stuck up behavior . Yes I don't wear Hermes because I think it's too old for my style. I do LV or Chanel. But my mom Love Hermes. I'm on vacation I love spending money on vacation buying nice gifts for my mom. I wanted to get her a pair of ankle boots and a scarf but they were so rude and didn't even acknowledge me for at least 15-20 minutes. Seriously. It wasn't even busy. I see the salesperson all standing there talking about their week are you for real. Not much to choose from either. I was pissed never had I ever been met with such rude staff just staring at you. Super aloof staff. Went in, was dressed nicely. Had other purchases in bags from the mall. Said a pleasant hello to staff and all but one wouldn't even make eye contact. I understand that Hermes builds it's mystique, but rudeness and poor customer service is not ok at least in U.S. stores. They had one Kelly on display and it was nice to be able to see it in person but in my opinion most other Hermes bags and patterns are simply ugly and don't have any of the class of vintage styles. First, Jordan Brown is an amazing employee at Hermes. His temperament and humility is contagious, love this gentleman. Now the review/complaint which is merited! Visited Hermes (May 28, '24) at Waterside (wife had bought me a Goliath bracelet and I was considering exchanging for different size-T4 to a T6). While there, I noticed the Helios Cheval Necklace, great piece of jewelry! Due to flight out of town, my time was limited, but I asked for price ($1,050) and told Jordan I would return the following week and buy and ensure he got the sale for his efforts! As promised, I returned a week later once flying back (June 5, '24), but Jordan was off. I met Jocelyn Sara Handelman, GIA AJP, Selling Supervisor and again confirmed price ($1,050) with her...she verbally agreed to $1,050 price. I had not seen my son in a few weeks, so I told Jocelyn I wanted to take my son to lunch at Brio, but would be right back in 90 mins to complete sale! I even ask Jocelyn to make sure Jordan received the sale, to which we noticed a little disappointment from her, certain 'looks' say a lot! When I came back to buy, ONLY THEN when she rang up did Jocelyn announce price was $1,200 (not $1,050). She would not honor the original price quote from Jordan or even herself from that day...AND...even admitted that a price increase occurred in Jan '24. What company allows product to sit in a store for 6 month without a product update? With Hermes, I guess the principle of Customer Service and Customer is always right doesn't exist! On three occasion, This store and mainly Jocelyn made errors, and would not honor a price I was told. Jordan lost a $1,050 sale because Jocelyn Handelman as their Selling Supervisor, who herself made two personal errors wouldn't honor her own words, wouldn't even call Hermes and admit HER errors so a Helios Cheval Necklace would be sold and off their inventory, a Selling Supervisor who doesn't monitor her store making sure products are priced and updated accordingly. I guess Angie is hot and cold. Some people are raving about her but my experience with her was absolutely the opposite. Maybe she likes who she likes and can't be bothered with others. My husband worked in luxury retail for many years and they were always trained to treat everyone equally and he said if it looked like I was going to spend more money then Angie, without a doubt, would have been a totally different person toward us. He's been in the business and he knows her type. As soon as we walked into the store, three salespeople including Angie were huddled together and all looked at us up and down. No one offered to help us and my husband had to ask someone to look at some scarves. Angie took out a tray and I pulled it closer to me to take a look and she pulled it right back from me and said, 'I will take them out for you.' I ignored her behavior because frankly, I was just on a mission to make a purchase. During the whole experience she did not crack a smile and looked like she did not want to help us. I was looking forward to going to Hermes today and I've been to many including the ones in NY, NJ, Las Vegas and all of my previous experiences have been lovely.
