The Hero Day is a great place to play indoors! Best age range IMHO is 5 to 13. I first took my…read morekiddo when he was 5 and he loved it. Went back at ages 9 and 10, and had a great time. I'm a 40-something grown-up and I have fun too (though I can't do everything - my body doesn't work that way anymore). Half the place is an inflated surface (kind of like a bounce house) with all kinds of things to do. Monkey bars over a foam pit, obstacle course with inflated slide, ramp to try to run up, swing out over a squishy pit on a rope. The other side has a ninja course, another pit to jump into, a zip line, a tie rope to balance across, a basketball/soccer court with soft balls and soft surface. But every so often, they change what's there, so it might be different when you go. I don't know how often it changes, but it changed between August and December. When I went in August, I noticed the staff actively going around sanitizing and cleaning, which I thought was great. Bathrooms were clean. Staff is friendly. A staff member is always attending the things where you jump out onto a squishy surface, or the zip line. My kiddo and I like to play tag here. As a grown up, I like the basketball area and just moving around on the inflated surface. Last time I came there were some inflated slides I liked trying to climb up and slide down. My 10 year old likes everything. There is usually one area reserved for younger/smaller kids, like this time there was a bounce house for 48 inches and under only. No parents or bigger kids allowed in. This place is inside the Lima Mall, on the side of JCPenney that used to have the Macy's. You sign the waiver and pay at the front, either for 60 minutes or 90 minutes. We always do 60 minutes and get sweaty and plenty of exercise. They give you the sticky grippy socks for free with the price of admission, though we always save ours and use them at our next visit. They give you a sticker to wear with the time your play expires. Parents should keep track of the time and then get the kiddos to leave. This place also does birthday parties but we've only done the play time slots.

At check-in, your employee asked if our three children would be playing, and we answered accordingly. Later, I briefly entered only to help my baby out of the play area. As I was leaving, the same employee approached me and insisted that I pay. When I explained that I had only gone in to get my baby and was leaving immediately, he rolled his eyes at me and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I was shocked to later learn that this individual was the manager. There is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect, especially families with young children. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, not create an uncomfortable and hostile experience. This interaction left a very negative impression of your business and was an unfortunate part of our vacation. We have been here before and this is definitely not how our first experience went

We've been here 3 times now and honestly I'm so happy we found this place!…read more It is definitely geared towards toddlers to preteens, there is no real age limit for the bounce houses, but I think there's should be just because sometimes the big kids aren't fair or gentle with the little ones. It costs $14 for the wristband to bounce in the bounce houses, and you have to buy tokens separately if you wanna play the arcade games which doesn't bother me any. I love that you can sit and eat here if you want to it's really nice set up the menu prices are decent, and the food I've had there had been really good so far. It's a great place for kids to burn off extra energy and it's a really great set up. They have 3 party rooms you can book a private party in and they look really nice. They have 6 different bounce houses, at least 15 different arcade games, and a cute infant/toddler playset. The bathrooms are clean and the overall place is dang near spotless. When people leave tables the staff always clean the tables which is great. My only complaint is that most parents play on their phones instead of watching their kids which can be a safety issue when there's a room of kids running around. I definitely recommend that everyone come and give this place a try it's a really great place for the kids to be kids. We will definitely be coming back here often.
