I was greeted immediately by a helpful young woman and directed to a clean, cool quiet waiting room with a circulating air purifier. Nice! So far so good. When I pointed it out, they simply said it was a 'minor cosmetic issue' and offered a small discount as a solution. They couldn't replace the tires because they didn't have any others of the same type in stock. My invoice is attached as confirmation that I'm a legitimate customer. Considering the price I paid and the additional service fees, this experience was extremely disappointing. I also emailed them afterward and never received any response. I expected honesty and accountability, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
