I had to wait a little more then a week for dentures impressions, get my teeth pulled. During consultation, they explained everything, the process, what to expect, after getting teeth pulled I'd have my 1st of 2 sets of dentures. Everything went much better then I'd expected, my mouth was pretty numb, thank goodness. Dentist left at this point, dental assistant brought my dentures, stated my mouth was too swollen to wear them home. So they had me come back the next morning. Now up to this point, everyone was great, friendly, asking if I had any questions & so on. I'd taken a pain pill when I got home, put ice pack on my jaw, to get swelling down, so they could put dentures in the next morning when I showed up. I took another pain pill that morning, took 2 anxiety pills, mouth had pretty much stopped bleeding. Here's where I'm not happy with the services, they bring me in, where the impressions are taken, bring my dentures, they try to put them in, make adjustments a couple times. Then they give me my dentures in a plastic container, telling me swelling is there, make an appointment in 2 weeks, see you later. So I'm assuming they expect me to go 2 weeks w/o teeth, I have no idea how to put them in what I'm supposed to use to hold them in place, they never said wait till end of day for swelling to go down, do this, add this, & your dentures will goin great, never said that. Originally they told me after they sent me home to try & wear the dentures for the 1st 48 hours. But after the fact they sent me home, still can't wear my dentures, cause they float around in my mouth, won't stay put. But they have my 8,000 plus I paid. I can't/won't wait 2 weeks, I'm showing up on their doorstep till they get it right

During my root canal I felt no discomfort or pain and was using my mouth normally rather quickly afterwards. They take the time to explain everything that needs done and all the costs. I called back a few days later to ask Dr.Sherwood a few questions after I looked more into this issue consulting people in the dental field about pulling the tooth or going with a crown and I was informed I might not get a extensive answer because of my one time payment of $250.
