Staff is very friendly & we have been seeing Dr Pfeffer for over 7 years now. He is super accommodating & through. We are very, very happy.

if you are looking for a Dr office with caring, kind office help who listen and want to help you,…read moreyou are looking in the wrong place. My opinion only but it is what it is. Office personal are not medically trained but yet will shut any concerns you have down and will not break the wall they place. Greeted with an attitude like they know more than you and your concerns not welcoming to help lead you to tests or answers for continuing issues that their answers are not healing. Seems if you call with a concern too a secretary is all you get to speak with. Not actual nurse or medical provider. This place is only for superficial care. Got a wound, they may be the place to go but for care over 40, go somewhere else. In my opinion you are better suited for to save $ and use a phone a Dr in this day and age. why would you want to put up with the attitude they offer when your priority as well as theirs should be doing the best for their patients? Again, my opminion. Everyone's is different and I probably sound like a Karen but I have personally never dealt with a Dr office like this before. Never even gone as far as considering writing a negative review for anyone like this, but this felt warranted.

Stay away from this office. Do not go there. No elderly and/or Medicare patient be advised to go…read moreto Dr. Roberts. He is not interested in your care but only how much dollars he can make from alternative treatments and therapies and machines for a very real medical condition. Then after he sells you his bill of goods he disappears and you never see him again. He diagnosed me but then would not tell me where to go in order to get a definitive diagnosis and he refused to test me. I was in great pain while I was there and his office staff only "fluffed" me off. His assistant fit me for another pessary only to later find out it was the same size as the one I already had. So this is another lie Roberts told me. After his therapeutic technique the pessary should be resized and refit and nothing of the sort was done. I was hurting very badly while in his office after his diagnosis of me from two years ago and had questions none of which were answered nor did his assistant or office staff see to care. I can only assume that I was not beneficial in his making more money from me. After Dottie retired then Roberts new assistant is not at all helpful and definitely not caring. She just left the room and told me nothing nor did they give me a script or any other information? How uncompassionate a man is he? Just stay away from him and go to another OB/GYN because the choices Doctor Roberts makes regarding your health is for his own self motivation which is money. Plain and simple he made as much money as he could from the Medicare patients and when he could make no more he dropped them as a patient and left us all hanging. Hippocrates said this: Whenever a doctor cannot do good he must be kept from doing harm.
