The overall feel and ambiance of this ice cream shop was homey but eclectic. It has a nice little charm about it. There was ample seating. There was also a great variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. And to my surprise (and delight), they even offered some boozy ice cream options. You can mix and match the ice cream scoops to your fancy, and the pricing is super reasonable. They also GIVE YOU A LOT. In fact, the small cup I had could have been shared with someone. As for the ice cream selection I settled on, I went with their boozy option for the Bailey's Ice Cream. While the Bailey's flavoring was subtle, it was still quite tasty. I should have paired it with Buttered Pecan, but I only did one flavor. I enjoyed it, though. On my next visit to Daytona, I will be SURE to visit Cherry Hill Ice Cream Cafe. Starting with the front door, then noticed the walls, floors, tables, and the ice cream coolers...all dirty, but wait it gets better. While waiting for my scoop, one of the employees grabbed a spoon, dipped it in one of the the ice cream gallon and started eating ice cream in front of the customers like this was normal to do. Lastly, my ice cream was not solid kind of melting so that tells me that the coolers are not at the right temperature. I was really looking forward to enjoying my ice cream and this place.
