You as a customer has no rights, my clear advise stay away from SIXT in Sweden - service level is non excisting and if you should ever be with the Station manager at SIXT Landvetter, then be very very carefull he will create and make up fraudulent costs.! You have no rights they will just charge you. We got a dirty car, missing AdBlu and with used cigarets in the car, on top of this it has damages which we went to the station office and reported, answer these are noted and since this denial and stories.! We asked for customer service to get a hold of CC Tv from the night we picked up the car, this the agent will not provide, as it will show he is fraudulent.! Again stay away from Mr. Greger Wanderfeldt and SIXT Landvetter, we have just filed a Police report on SIXT Sweden and Mr. Greger Wanderfeldt and SIXT Landvetter for fraud.! The staff were very helpful and the whole process of completing paperwork was completed in under 10 minutes!! Finding the car was a doddle (Avis cars are located on the 2nd floor of the car park next door). The petrol station over the road as you leave the car park is a good spot for 1. waiting for sat nav to find you 2. to refuel the car on your return.
