I will never recommend this school to anybody. You pass your classes, and they hold you back for a milestone that is not even worth a grade. Unhelpful admissions team. Literally told me I don't need college credits for nursing program right? So why if I didn't do good in my community college literally YEARS ago are they denying me because of it when it's not even a requirement to get into the lpn program when they could just USE my high school gpa... when it was never a requirement. Then the admissions kept saying I was trying to get my doctoral in nursing when I kept telling her nooo I'm trying to get into the lpn program. She was even spelling words wrong in the email. The other admissions dude was on vacation for 3 weeks? WTF!! And never answered the phone. And why is this school 20k for the lpn program when Orlando technical college in Avalon park is 8,000 for the lpn program? Yall are ridiculous and yall suck anyway. The fact I got accepted into the Orlando school paying way less then here and yall denied me is ridiculous considering herzing isn't a good school and there's NO GOOGLE REVIEWS. The LPN program seems unorganized. We only had hospital rotations and most did not even have LPNs. They are secretive when it comes to how the program will go. We have to get with students ahead of us to know anything. Our pinning is 3 months away after we are done the program and I find that to be strange since most pinning are usually less than a week after the end of the program, emailed department heads about this situation and got no replies. No one wants to tell you about the next steps unless you are there. They have 1 graduation a year in the summer. Clinical schedules change constantly and that hurts those of us working during the program. This program is very expensive and our uniforms are cheap, curriculum changes too much, we can't get answers about how this program should look. We were supposed to get an informative session before we started nursing classes but we did not. For the price I paid, I am embarrassed to say this is the school I chose but I am almost done so just have to get through it. I was going to bridge but I have heard great things about other schools in the area. It is easy to get into the school but once in you see why, please do your research and weigh the pros and cons. There is a lot of tests that make or break you outside of the class you are taking but they are getting rid of some but that just means there's other BS on the way. read more

Please !!!! do not waste your money especially in the practical Nursing program!! this college is a scam!!! I did this program , did good on all the nursing aspect except for pharmacology . I would get scores of100, 90- 95 but you have to each time pass with and they failed you if it's not this is considered the only passing grade. no other college has that criteria!!! a professor there secretly told me to go to Lincoln, and also recommended other institutions. She said she only teaches there but she has never seen such a terrible program. it is set up for one to fail.. money grabbing hungry people. I attended a private university and I was so excited when my wife found Herzing University. We actually relocated to FL just to attend but after watching her frustrations with professors at Herzing due to the lack of technical knowledge and an unbelievable level of unprofessionalism due to screaming matches between Co-Facilitating professors in front of a class. I am outraged by this and before you continue reading know that there have been multiple conversations with the Dean of this location. We ensure we make monthly payments to the university on time or before all deadlines. With the recent semester our payments went up to $1300 a month which we continued to ensure was being taken care of but what bothers me the most is the student is not being taken care of especially with this type of monthly payment. How is Herzing setting them up for success? The answer is they aren't they just care about the money. Do you think it's appropriate to have exams that have incorrect content on them? Content that has not yet been taught or reviewed yet? Professors having to give back points cause they messed up? How is anyone learning to be an amazing nurse if the content is incorrect? Telling us that a student can't retake a class if they fail it because there's a new curriculum but instead they must start all over. ( mind you the norm score is much higher in this case) Starting over means that's another $40,000+ student loans are a huge issue in America and private Universities that don't set their students up for success is apart of the issue. Heres the thing no one is asking for a full ride but these students of the December 2022 cohort is asking for equity and an opportunity to succeed like the cohort before them and after. It's the universities decision to change the curriculum but it is not at all fair to say if anyone fails in this cohort they will have to start the program all over instead of being able to retake a class like the cohort before or after them. I'm sure if these students knew before they started they would have waited to be apart of a cohort that had a chance to retake a class if they could not meet the norm passing score. FYI... Kaplan is utilized currently for this cohort for midterms and finals but the following cohort does not have Kaplan so good for them. read more

Please do your due diligence prior to enrolling here. They are so unorganized and continuously contradict what they have promised. They add layers of testing in an attempt to hold you back even if you are passing classes with A's and B's. You will have to learn on your own and there is no classroom setting. Most of the time you won't have teachers show up to classes and you will still be accountable for what needs to be learned. They send out incorrect emails through accounting and their curriculum/programming then don' even correct their inaccuracies. The head of the program and the Dean are both LOST and don't advocate for the students or take any concerns seriously. When a professor doesn't show up for weeks they still don't own up to thier incompetence and make the correct adjustments. Once you pay for the program, you are treated poorly since they know you don't have another option. Today my wife told the Dr. who leads the program that she should have done better research on the reviews because the school is exactly what those reviews stated and her response was "maybe you should have". Well that doesn't work for me so now I will make it so that students find out how poorly you run campuses and how rude and disrespectful the directors and the Dean which you have in place are. To those who conduct themselves with arrogance, take some time and humble yourself because you're not the Dean, Doctor or director at a division one or Ivy league school. If you think so highly of yourself, you wouldn't be in those capacities at a school which looks and runs in choas. What's the graduation rate there? I figured and that is a direct reflection of your programming and execution of it and the lack of follow through by your leadership. Do your research and go to an accredited, well run University. There are copious comments and feedback by students which speak to the priorities of Herzing being solely centered around profitability and enrolment. read more

This school is a joke and will only take your money! Do not apply here. I am currently attending this school and wish I would have gone somewhere else. I am an outstanding student but no thanks to this school. They are unorganized and don't care about students' well-being. Even staff has complained about their programs and nothing is being done to help students. THEY HAD THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS REMOVED as well because their ratings were so low!!! If you even do a quick campus tour and speak to any of the student, I am 100% sure they will tell you to go somewhere else because that's what they wish they would've done. Only sad part is so many ppl attending this school have already forked up so much money and can't afford to start fresh somewhere else. Their credits don't even transfer. DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of your time and money. They do not care about their students just MONEY. I was a student in the fall of 2023 and I passed all my classes- pharm, health assessment, and fundamentals but all due to a stupid milestone exam I was not able to continue onto next semester. In the beginning before I considered Herzing I was told that Milestone is just a practice hesi based exam to see how you were doing in the program. Until I was deep into the program I was told otherwise. Each exams are realize it based but they want you to use a different platform such as Hesi in the end of the term that determines whether you move onto the next semester or not. They waste your time with a stupid remediation course for 8 weeks which was POINTLESS. Then they send you a sorry behind withdraw email. Just a waste of time and money. Shoutout to the amazing professors I had who were very encouraging and who actually cared for us and our future. Thank you professor Inzirollo, Saddler, Tindell, and Tallman. Run Run they want your money and fail you to have you repaying classes.They dont help students achieved their degree.Herzing University is the worst University in orlando.I had gotten my first degree at Keiser ,they respected their students.I had Professor Crooks in NF113 who literally yelled at the classed before an exam because some send complaints to the dean.He ignored his students messaged,he was very rude. I went to this campus to get certified for Cisco Routers. I started the program to become certified in Cisco Routers because I already have a degree in Microsoft computer networking. I noticed when conducting the online lesson that myself and only two other students was completing the online course work when there were eight other students in the class. I noticed some of the students only showed up for class for couple classes but they were still passing the class. I noticed the one female student never did the online lessons but she passed the class. I dropped from this course and continued my studies at Valencia. When I went to drop from this school I received rude treatment by all the staff members, they were the same staff members that laugh and smile while I was going through the enrollment process. Since I am a veteran I spoke with the Veteran Administration concerning this school and they explained that this school was one of those schools that are money hungry and deceive students about the type of education they may obtain. I choose to drop this school because of the lack of accountability for this school faulty academics. read more
