I was a little concerned in the beginning about how much he would learn, after all he was only 18 months. I can tell you from first hand experience it is an AMAZING program. The first summer he did 6 weeks of lessons. By the end of six weeks he could swim the short way across a pool. After 5 weeks of lessons he fell:jumped into a friends pool with no adults in the pool (this scared me to death!). He made it to the side of the pool quicker than I could get in to save him. That sold me on the program. I grew up as a competitive swimmer, it amazes me how far he has come in 4 years. He has learned all the strokes, has learned a love for the pool (most days we can't get him out), and can't wait to grow more as a swimmer. This melts my heart that Patriot Aquatics has fostered this love in him. Between Michelle and Caitlin, we couldn't ask for more loving teachers who really get to know their students and work on the skills they each need independently. My oldest has flourished so well in their program we now have our 21 month old in the program too. I can't wait to see how he grows as a swimmer this summer!

My son has attended MANY different summer camps of all types, day and overnight, sports, academic, music, Boy Scouts, Disney, Sea World, in state, out of state, etc. ID Tech is at the top of his list. The staff to camper ratio is excellent and the staffers are terrific - high energy, fun, young, computer geek types. My son has been to the camp at both UCF and Rollins College - both facilities have been good. And my son has always commented that the food is great! The only negative is the cost - it's expensive. This camp is not for every kid. But if you've looked at the courses and your son or daughter has an interest in these programs, I don't think you'll find better.

We are at the intermediate level (can parallel ski, control speed and turns, run moguls, etc.), and it seemed like the instructor may specialize in beginner instruction. It was a nice warm-up for our trip, and we each had a takeaway that made us feel like it wasn't a waste; however, I wouldn't spend that money again for the value received.

I called and left a voicemail letting them know and sent an email that my new card would be received in the next few days. We missed 3 weeks cause my son was sick in the hospital. So we had time banked, so there should be no problem. Something THEY CONFIRMED! My mother, a 78 year old woman, went in the day our payment should have been paid. The day I left a detailed message and sent an email giving them a heads up and asking them to reach out to me. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Brook she told my mom our card was declining in front of numerous other patrons. When my mom told her I emailed and called and I could call her back cause I was in a meeting. She responded with, "when we need that payment?" she embarrassed my mother in front of numerous patrons. My mom left very upset and that crap was not necessary. Then I called and put her in her place. She gave a half apology. The owner told me many people were defaulting on payments and she was frustrated. For 6 months we had no issue and I gave them a heads up. The fact that the owner stood 10 toes down on bad behavior. We finished out the month and pulled our membership. My son more in summer camp, but the weekly session he learned nothing but Pokemon.
