I had one tree I asked him about on my property, and he told me if it fell, it would fall there, and he pointed. Two years later it fell exactly where he told me it would fall! After a full day of working on the trees in our yard, they're careful to clean up all of the debris, fill all the holes, and make sure it looks as though they've never been there.
