David was professional and Answered all my questions and He was able to get me scheduled in for a new roof before hurricane season!! The crew was professional and did a excellent job on the roof. There was one minor problem with some stains being left on my walkway and driveway and the company went out of their way to fix the problem. David and Barbara and Eddie sent out a painter when the stain was not able to be removed with cleaner. Barbara was so nice to come out and she went out of her way to help me with the walkway and the driveway. She even came back and checked on the painter that was painting the driveway. Great customer service! Really nice people! My neighbors were impressed with not only the roofing job and also the fact that they Restored my driveway to its original state. You can't go wrong with this company they are the real deal!

The gutters were loosened and put back when the job was completed. Some of the gutter corners now have serious leaks. I have been told several times someone would be there but there was always an excuse why no one showed up. The last communication I received was August 4, 2019, where I was told to "stop bothering my men" and again stating someone would come to see and fix the problem. As of today, October, 14, 2019 I'm still waiting. They just don't follow up to make necessary repairs.

We wait until Sunday afternoon to walk on the deck and look at the final product, for our surprise the concrete on the drain was all cracked and collapsing, there were cracks on different areas of the deck and the paint was all uneven around the pool, we called Connors to come and check the situation, he came couple of days later and promise that this time he will do the drain different way and the right way, and he will be painting around the pool and fix the cracks. He installed a drain net on top of the ditch but multiple pieces attached unevenly to each other, the ditch is to big for the net, there's cracks still on the deck areas, we called him and again he offer to send back $1,050.00 for the drain A company is charging us $2,250.00 to fix this mess. We met with the sales person who provided us a plan cost for the renovation. They were very limited as to what they could do. The one thing that I did not like was that it would've been piece fiberglass type of modular unit. The other thing I like was that it would've required a step over into the shower space. We went to Island Homes and Renovations showroom in Vero Beach and met with the owner J. J. first of all the showroom is gorgeous and has many different examples on display. They had a large variety of tile and fixtures for us to look at as well. JJ is so knowledgeable about the renovations and homes that he was able to give us a ballpark price of what we were looking at as we find tuned the details of what we want. The price was just slightly higher than the other company, but it was exactly what we wanted. So we decided to contract with him and we could not be more pleased with the result. It pulling permits and inspections, which is what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked. The entire experience was well worth it. The new shower is gorgeous. It was very easy working with JJ and his team. They were always on time and they were immaculate with whatever process they were involved in. I cannot speak more highly about them.
