I gave dave 4 thousand dollars to paint an empty 800 square foot condo with no furniture and he didn't finish painting kitchen or hallways or closet shelves. It was an easy job. But it was a nightmare. I have a list a mile long. The straw that broke the camels back was him doing something simple like putting a rod in my closet to hang my cloths. Well I put my last piece of clothing on rod and the whole closet rods and brackets came out of wall on top of me. He came back after his vacation 1 week later and fixed it then he measured wrong and I couldn't open the drawers from dresser inside of closet that he knew I had to open the drawers. So that being said I couldn't trust Dave installing my cabinets for premier. He can't even hang a closet rod let alone cabinets. Hit or miss kinda a guy. Live and learn. Reviews are for a reason. Next time I will listen. That was a lot of money for me Beware.

From our initial meeting to go over the project, our vision and expectations, and timeline, Dave's professional approach, support and suggestions told us straightaway that we could trust him and his work. Not only did he finish our project in time and on budget, we are so pleased with the high quality of work and his follow through to complete a few minor lingering issues. We appreciated his level of communication and follow through whenever we had questions. This is by no means our only renovation and we thus know how difficult it is to find a contractor who does what he says he will do, with expertise and consummate professionalism, and by someone you can trust to complete the project to your specifications. We worked closely with many All Quality employees and contractors including the company owner, manager, designer and the craftspeople who did the actual work. Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. Overall, All Quality was terrific to work with and provided us with exactly what we were hoping for in a renovation.

He remained responsive and reliable throughout the entire process. He and his team worked around the clock to complete major renovations in time for our move-in date. They painted the entire interior (including removing a lot of wallpaper), removed carpeting and completely re-did the wood floors, renovated two full bathrooms, installed numerous fixtures and replaced appliances. Throughout the renovations the entire crew worked non-stop and were entirely professional and friendly. When issues came up--as they tend to do with renovating an older home--Jesse always provided more than one option with an eye toward saving us money. I called to find out what was going on and they said they're still working on it. The quote is from August and it is now February. Still have not heard from them. Our insurance repair check has now expired and we will have to start over with insurance and a new company.

I wanted a new patio installed, the landing of my back porch replaced (which had broken off and left a hole) and extended to match the patio, the corner of the foundation patched, the front sidewalk slab replaced (that had broken away from the front porch and broken in half), and a hole in my front porch sealed so that the critters would stop using it as nest. My new patio is amazing - better than I could have imagined! The holes in my porch (front and back) are now sealed, I don't have to look at the missing foundation corner, and I don't have to worry about critters any more. :) I am VERY pleased with the work! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for future renovations and other concrete work.

Bill was very polite, called me over the weekend to set up the time and said he'd go to the jobsite to get his guys started and then come and meet with me. He just sent me a text message (not even dignified enough to call) at 8:30pm the night before saying "We are currently too busy to take on any new jobs until September. Call me early summer." Bill is what gives contractors a bad name. Sure he might do good work, but he does not respect people's time and schedules. A simple, "Sorry, would love to help you, but we are booked through September" would have done fine at the first call. Terrible customer service and I imagine this speaks to how you might be treated as a client if he did manage to get in your door.
