As a homeowner, it can be intimidating hiring a contractor with all the horror stories you hear. I'm so glad we chose Pristine, and they absolutely earned this review. Even before we decided to hire them, they were incredibly helpful. While we were still considering purchasing the home, Pristine came out to inspect the property, explained what mold remediation would likely be needed, and provided us with an estimate. Their honesty and willingness to help gave us confidence in moving forward with both the home purchase and choosing them for the job. During the remediation process, their team discovered that our furnace was leaking. Rather than simply continuing with the work, they took the time to document everything with detailed photos and videos so I could share them with the furnace company. They also recommended waiting to complete the final portion of the remediation until the leak was repaired, which showed they genuinely cared about doing the job correctly instead of just finishing as quickly as possible. The technicians who came to our home were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
