Figured we had about that much as that is what we had at the previous site, when arriving at National Waste Management and entering the office they informed us that it would be $49 without even looking at what we had. The service agent would not even look out the window at what we had in the trailer. Customer service was definitely lacking as the office did not have any other customers and the agent was very unfriendly and behaved as if helping a customer was a nuisance. Would not return as what we were informed on the phone was no where near what we expected.

The owners are a husband and wife team and they were very kind and responsive. They came to look around and offer an estimate. Prices with this company are very high and I was surprised by what they quoted me for two different jobs. I used them for one of them and the guys who came, who were their family members, were also very polite and they got the job done quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't as thorough as I'd hoped particularly given the price. To their credit, they sent the guys back out in follow-up but I was inconvenienced for work that should've been handled on the first visit. I decided to forego using this company for the other job as I had had a similar job done at 1/25th the price of what Bio One charges. Yep, you read that correctly...1/25th! When she gave me the quote, I assumed that I'd misheard her so when the guys came and explained the simple process that they use, which was identical to what I'd had done previously, I called back only to learn that I had heard the price correctly. These are very nice people who seem genuine. My issues were the cost (-1 star) and the need for them to come back due to a lack of thoroughness (-1). I would definitely recommend getting multiple quotes before booking this company.
