I don't remember the employees name but he sold me a new Air Cartridge for my Suorin Air Pod, with that purchase he gave me a free bottle of Hometown Hero Juice. The juice is crazy good may I add. I bought a 30ml bottle of Mr Salt-E liquid for my Suorin Air, we checked out and left. I got home, opened the bottle. I realized he mistakenly gave me the wrong one. I went back to the shop and tried to get a refund or possibly replace the bottle of juice and he explained that once I opened it I can't take it back, but out of the kindness he had, he gave me a 20% discount on any juice I wanted. I kind of shrugged that off because they didn't have the flavor I wanted, but I also took my mod in the store to see if it could be fixed and he gladly fixed it free of charge. As he was fixing it we chit-chatted, my buddy was in there too. He was overall a really genuine guy and was very nice. He fixed my mod and I wanted a new RDA. He took me over to the RDA section and once I got the one I wanted, he gave me a free build, and another free bottle of juice since I was given the wrong one. I wouldn't expect this place to keep throwing you free stuff all the time, but it just goes to show that this place really cares about their customers, and with the deals they give you and amazing price points, you honestly can't beat them.

They also carry a smorgasbord of made-to-order house juices, which are inexpensive and high quality. The atmosphere of the store is truly a 'hang'. Lewis and Adam are super friendly and eager to help. It's the kind of shop that you enjoy spending an extra hour in, trying new flavors or test running new equipment.
