It was raining and she did not have an indoor backup plan. She rescheduled through an email on a day where both my husband and I were working. We both work in the PT field and when I explained that to her she sent me an email denying any refund, another make up date or credit for future session. The singed contract was for the date I signed up for and she canceled. The photographer picked the second date with a few days notice and refused refund because that was her policy. Now I have to do a fraud investigation through my credit card. So, if you're looking for photos for your family just keep that in mind. Not best business practice. Irony it was Easter photos!
