A season later the mowers obviously did not get the message because they they mowed a swath through our front yard and I confronted them. The gentleman told me is was a mistake and I was ok with a mistake. I asked them to take care of the yard and I paid them by cash. I then called their owner and she told me that I had a contract with them. I corrected her and made sure she noticed we did not renew, due to poor quality of service. THEN THE BATTLE BEGAN! She was so rude to me that I made it clear I would contact the BBB. 3 years later the battle still wages. They see the property markers clearly, but are just fine with trashing the neighbors yard (Mine) THEN driving up over our driveway for THEIR exit. This is a 4 inch high driveway due to rain run off. Right now we are in Florida helping my 80 year old mother resettle after Hurricane Sally hit her home. My son went to check on our home and this is what her found AGAIN! The last time Wetter's wonderful employees did this we had just finished seal coating our driveway. They are a solid 10 feet over into our property and have made a complete mess of our lawn ONCE AGAIN. This all comes a NO SURPRISE from this company's employees. We constantly clean up after all our neighbor's trash, leaves and excess grass is blown onto our beautiful lawn that we ourselves take care of. DON'T FALL INTO THE WETTER RUTT AND BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS BECAUSE WETTER IS NOT!!!!!! We love our neighbors, not their yard caretakers. CHEAP DOES NOT MEAN QUALITY

There is absolutely no respect for personal items such as potted plants on porches or any decorative items to display for holidays. The plants are knocked over and/or blown out of the containers. When laying mulch the house siding gets chipped or muddy with hand prints. Also they have backed up the riding lawn mower into the light post denting it ..all for a nine inch patch of grass. They trimmed a tree and left the top gutter with twigs. We are in our mid 70s and wish to live in a more peaceful environment. Many more terrible experiences to add. Do Not Hire Wetter

Didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. I woke up one day to these random guys working in my yard. They didn't finish the job. I called the owner like 20 times and he refused to call me back. One day I guess he answered the phone by accident. I was like dude I tried calling you 20 times and your secretary promised to call back and you never called me back. Why? His excuse was he has a newborn. Honestly, that has nothing to do with your business! I told him that they didn't finish the job properly. This is supposed to be a professional outfit that knows what they are doing. His solution was he was going to finish the job after I gave him another $250. I told him no thanks and that I will hire somebody to come out and finish what he started and I will pay them. He was trying to double talk me on the phone like I was eight years old. One of his workers told my niece that they didn't finish the job before he left so I already knew that it wasn't finished.

The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service. That's why I continue to support this nursery and always happy to stop by and pick a new plant.
