I kindly called the General manager to ask if he can get in contact with Larry because I was told to call him at any time to come pick up my phone. The owner was super nice and accommodating; I called and was talking very fast because I only had 2 minutes before my phone would restart, so he let me come over. In person he took a look at my phone and gave me my options based on his honest opinion. I was very grateful for him taking the time to share all the info with me about my options, he even looked up different prices for me for parts or getting a new/used phone, gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix the phone and how long, helped me compare costs/weigh options, told me what he would do if he was me and was overall extremely patient and helpful. After his explanations I ended up deciding to not fix my phone as it wouldn't be guaranteed to work with water damage, and get a new/used one elsewhere for a similar price instead. Which was not a good decision for him as he loses business in this one instance, but he has absolutely gained a future customer with his integrity and transparency. iPhone 12 Pro Just…read moreamazing. I surprised one of my friends who lives in DHS and slept over one night. I woke up today morning to find out my phone isn't working. The screen is black and I tried everything I could think of and online. I was planning to head back home and decided to contact Victor for a quote. He responded quick and answered my questions. I was a bit skeptical at first because I never done this before. Once we got there, Victor was friendly and his presence makes my anxiety go away for a bit, hahaha.
