The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. I was assured the part would be obtained and my phone would be fixed the next day. After two days of phone tag, I was told that my phone could not be fixed. I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. Tech Cidents came and picked up the Xbox and was able to finish the repair right before we had to leave. The work was done well, and the unit was dropped off early early morning right before we needed to leave. They went out of their way to meet our rushed deadline. He told me he guessed wrong and that it was something else and it would be cheaper to buy a new tv than to fix the problem. He also said your 30 dollars are not refundable and thank you for your service.
