In person he took a look at my phone and gave me my options based on his honest opinion. I was very grateful for him taking the time to share all the info with me about my options, he even looked up different prices for me for parts or getting a new/used phone, gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix the phone and how long, helped me compare costs/weigh options, told me what he would do if he was me and was overall extremely patient and helpful. After his explanations I ended up deciding to not fix my phone as it wouldn't be guaranteed to work with water damage, and get a new/used one elsewhere for a similar price instead. Which was not a good decision for him as he loses business in this one instance, but he has absolutely gained a future customer with his integrity and transparency. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. I trusted him to take the phone and return it by the end of the day. I stayed late at work to wait for my phone, only to receive a phone call that a cord was severed and a part needed to be ordered. I was assured the part would be obtained and my phone would be fixed the next day. After two days of phone tag, I was told that my phone could not be fixed. I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. I would stay clear of this service.

He told me he guessed wrong and that it was something else and it would be cheaper to buy a new tv than to fix the problem. He also said your 30 dollars are not refundable and thank you for your service.
