I had a really friendly aesthetician named Lex. She was friendly, talkative and even gave me a count down during pulls. Lex shared that's she's been waxing for two years and gave me some useful tips, products I can use to prevent ingrown, exfoliate and lighten up the bikini area. What I didn't like: I'm not sure the type of wax was being used, maybe it wasn't warm enough but because it didn't feel like a smooth application. Even after the clean up, I came home to bits of wax on me and my panties. The wax didn't seem to grip of pull (maybe because I have deep roots idk) I did an inspection of service and felt patches of hair were I didn't want them. I want to go ahead and blame the wax and not the service provider. I'll go back and book with the same aesthetician at a later time and see if the wax product was the culprit.

I explained that it was my first Brazilian wax. The service was discounted by half, so I spent $41.50 (including tip). I was also given a comprehensive breakdown of the entire process, including specific rules, especially when booking future appointments with European Wax Center. In this visit, I was served by Zoe. She was such an incredible wax specialist! We were both laughing and having a great time in our conversation. Because of this, it took less focus away from the waxing process itself. In essence, the entire waxing wasn't as painful as I anticipated. It definitely helped that I took Tylenol before the appointment, too. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience.
