Made sure I understood this was my body and if at anytime I decided not to proceed to just let her know. She went over basic breathing exercises and I won't lie as comfortable as she made me feel, I was still terrified. After she pulled the 1st strip the process went nice and smooth. I only give it a 4 because I don't think there is disability access. Today I could walk up the stairs but some days I can't walk stairs. Otherwise, the place is visually pleasing. The Wax Lady is super pleasant, very informative and breathes with you through each rip... I mean wax She actually does a thorough job. It's painful but you don't do this looking for zero pain.
