The result was I ended up in a screaming match with the MC as he attempted to refuse the song. This song had no vulgarities or anything else about it that could be seen as offensive. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after the altercation, the party came to an abrupt end and everybody filed out. If you are having an event that is important to you, stay clear of this business.

To elaborate, we requested a Lebanese dabke performance WITHOUT the bride and groom be put in the center... the plan was to have the performance and then a group dabke dance. While this isn't traditional, it was something we discussed numerous times, as the groom was not comfortable dancing in the center. Again, the show was a lot of fun and the guests had no idea anything went wrong, but the groom was very upset.
