A couple years ago, Healthway Manila used to be just inside Robinson's Place along Padre Faura. Now though they moved outside the mall, to the corner of Padre Faura and Jorge Bocobo. I haven't been to their new location yet, but if their service didn't change, then I don't care. I will keep my 5 star rating. They have everything you need here: dentists, opthalmologists, oncologists, all sorts of -ists, ENTs, etcetera. You don't even have to set an appointment. Just walk in, tell them what ails you, and you'll be taken care of. I guarantee it.

It's in the mall, but away from the hustle and bustle of everything happening upstairs. The place is clean and organized. It doesn't take long to register, pay and have your procedure/check-up done. I've been lucky enough to go there during off-peak hours (earlier in the day during weekdays or late afternoon of weekdays) and I have never lined up for long hours. I also like them because their prices are relatively cheap. Though I have not had a consultation with a doctor there, I wouldn't mind going there if ever needed in the future. For those simple lab works, ultrasounds, x-rays and quick consultations, this is the place to go.

I'm so happy that they have the HP Diagnostics to help me whenever I just need a quick check up. The diagnostic center is very efficient. When you come in, you are given a number to know when it will be your turn to see the doctor. It doesn't take too long of a wait since it's not as busy as a hospital. Their waiting area is also very nice, modern and clean so it's not too hassle to wait. Once you are called, they will bring you in to see the doctor. The doctors I have seen so far are always so kind, hospitable and accommodating. They offer several exams such as drug testing, x-rays, ultrasounds and many more. Since the mall opens late and they open at 7 am, you can park in level P1 on thr True Value side and inform the guard that you will be going to HP Diagnostics.

I got my blood taken and had to pee in a cup--the usual--but I also had to get an ultrasound, which I've never done before. Their ultrasound machine was upstairs, and the area upstairs felt a little dark and creepy, but the technologist made me feel comfortable even with my belly out, while she was scanning my insides. It was all rather quick and easy and painless and quite comfortable, so I have no problems of going back to keep my health in check.

Another 2-4 nurses handle weigh-ins, height measurements, blood pressure monitoring, eye exams, and assigning patients to specific doctors based on their needs. With this adequate number of personnel, patient traffic is always handled efficiently even on busy days. They have various doctors on standby specializing in different fields so patients need not be referred to other hospitals, except for some procedures like CT scans and ultrasounds. They also have their own blood/urine/stool testing laboratory, as well as an X-ray room.
