Especially considering the brands that they carry. The customer service is just so attentive and welcoming from the moment you walk in, while you're shopping, when you check out, and till you leave. They have the major brands like Old Row, AFTCO, Southern Marsh, Chubbies, Southern Shirt Company, even Local Boy. The over all look of the new store is so refreshingly clean and well maintained, I will definitely be shopping here on the regular. I will add that they don't have a public restroom, but that's their only "flaw" if that even counts as one.

If you're a casual rider, he doesn't try to load you up with all the bells and whistles. When you need your bike serviced, he can do it all. When he gives a time estimate for the job, you'll get your bike back within that time. When he says he'll call when it's ready, you can count on it. Prices on bikes, accessories and service are quite reasonable. I've dealt with this shop for years, have bought three bikes there. I can highly recommend this business with absolutely no reservations.
