I have NEVER gotten such great prices in an Academy store, outside of the occasional clearance shoe. I was also able to use a store coupon for my son's baseball equipment which helped us save an additional 20% off his needs for the spring season. The staff was friendly & patient as I leveraged my coupon at check out and if I had any questions while shopping. I also appreciated their price check scanners to help me verify totals when selecting items. On a previous visit, we were able to score some nice basketball shoes that were reduced as well. With this in mind, I like to come in and browse from time to time because I never know what I will find. Some days we don't find much and others we find great deals. I like this location.

Alexander answered the call and he checked the store inventory to see if what I needed was in stock. After being on hold for 2 minutes he came back and told me they had 4 of the bikes in the store. I wanted to get it assembled in-house, he then informed me that because of the Covid they only have an assembler coming once a week and they have been there for this week already.. BUT that he would go check the floor to see if there was one already put together for me.. there was 1!!! I asked him would he hold it for an hour for me and I would be there to pick it up.... I walked in, asked for him and he had already pulled the bike down off the rack for me and had it ready to go.. Everyone in the store was pleasant and wearing masks.. this was a great experience for me..

Another thing I noticed almost instantly is the lack of clothes for juniors. I have to wear junior clothes because of my size. I'm a small framed woman and the clothes in the women's department are too large for me. A woman's small is too large for me. I go over to where I think there would be a junior department, to find myself back in women's. This location also lacks shoes! What woman doesn't like shoes? Oh no Marshall's this is a big mistake. The shoe department lack variety, style and quantity. Marshall's in general is not a place where I go to look for specific things. As most consumers say, Marshall's is a hit or miss place. I stroll through looking for treasures. I am a high end shopper. For me this means I look for the quality in an item even if it's in Marshall's. I love clothing that has a lot of life it in. Thins are not stocked, messes on shelves and sizes are hanging everywhere. Usually stay clear of clothes shopping. I needed PJs for a sleep study. Found PJs in sleepwear department, active wear and mixed into bathing suit area. There abandoned shopping carts all over the store. Why? No idea. Just gives the store a creepy vibe.
