First experience wasn't…read morebad, it's super annoying for stores to keep one shoe out of each box in the back for fear that people will steal their shoes??? (I assume that's why) Ok. Fine. Found what we needed, I was happy with my purchase. Got home and realized the other shoe they had to retrieve from the back didn't match the other shoe I had purchased. Annoying. If you can't leave both shoes in the box, please double check and triple check that you got the right match. So back to the store I went (mind you, this is a 1 hour round trip) because I realize that sh-- happens. The lady helping me was the same as the first day (first trip on Thursday, this trip on Saturday), I told her the situation and she went to the back to retrieve the correct shoe. (Back story- I purchased an older, on sale, pair of Hey Dudes, the mismatched one I was given was the same color, but had one of their newer logos on it, not the old logo as I had purchased.) she comes from the back to tell me she can't find the other shoe to what I purchased, but the match for the newer pair was there and I could pay $15 more for that shoe. I told her that it wasn't my fault. She said she could ask a manager if she can give me the newer pair for the same price I had already paid. I said "please do." (Why would you ask the customer this, of course you should do that, that's the right thing!) The redeeming factor here is that the manager said they could give me the matching new pair for the same price I had already paid. There was no way I was giving them $15 more because they can't find the shoe match I had purchased. Especially after driving 1 hour round trip TWICE for shoes alone. Overall, customer service was ok and the store has an ok selection with ok prices. But unfortunately for them, this one incident turned me off from buying here again.

The girl that works the customer service desk, does not return calls as she states she will. Had to…read morego back to location many times still never got response. Also she is very rude and could care less about the customers in the store. Makes excuses constantly. She acts as thou you are doing her a favor to be waited on and acts as though she is bi polar and very rude unless it benifits her at the time. The owners acts as thou he could care less . He just said talk to her and keep going to his office and BS with other employees. They were loud enough to hear in rest of store. Very unprofessional location and very bad service. For a small town this is very bad. They act as thou they are better than others. Tried to talk to owner about razor . I said how much. He said a lot. Like I couldn't afford one. So I went to the Honda shop and bought two rhinos. What he didn't know was I paid cash for them. The salesman and the Honda shop in Marshall are awesome and very professional unlike this place.
