First experience wasn't…read morebad, it's super annoying for stores to keep one shoe out of each box in the back for fear that people will steal their shoes??? (I assume that's why) Ok. Fine. Found what we needed, I was happy with my purchase. Got home and realized the other shoe they had to retrieve from the back didn't match the other shoe I had purchased. Annoying. If you can't leave both shoes in the box, please double check and triple check that you got the right match. So back to the store I went (mind you, this is a 1 hour round trip) because I realize that sh-- happens. The lady helping me was the same as the first day (first trip on Thursday, this trip on Saturday), I told her the situation and she went to the back to retrieve the correct shoe. (Back story- I purchased an older, on sale, pair of Hey Dudes, the mismatched one I was given was the same color, but had one of their newer logos on it, not the old logo as I had purchased.) she comes from the back to tell me she can't find the other shoe to what I purchased, but the match for the newer pair was there and I could pay $15 more for that shoe. I told her that it wasn't my fault. She said she could ask a manager if she can give me the newer pair for the same price I had already paid. I said "please do." (Why would you ask the customer this, of course you should do that, that's the right thing!) The redeeming factor here is that the manager said they could give me the matching new pair for the same price I had already paid. There was no way I was giving them $15 more because they can't find the shoe match I had purchased. Especially after driving 1 hour round trip TWICE for shoes alone. Overall, customer service was ok and the store has an ok selection with ok prices. But unfortunately for them, this one incident turned me off from buying here again.

I would recommend this store to anyone living in the area, who is interested in gaming. Especially look at the Pre Owned area, there can be hit or miss prices there. I have been a customer since…read more2016 and up until now have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them and in fact have referred them to my friends and family. Torsha who was their former GM, is truly missed on very much on her game when it came to her customer service. Sarah is very lacking in that department. My first encounter with Sarah was a year ago when I was on the hunt for a recliner for my husband who was going into surgery and had sleep pretty in an upright position. When I called Aaron's they had no recliners in the store but she went online and looked in other stores, found one a couple of hours away, it was suppose to be slightly used but in perfect to new condition. When it arrived a couple of days late from the date Of delivery I was promised, it was far from slightly used. It didn't even reclined because it was so broken and torn up. The delivery guy was embarrassed for even bringing it. He said he would have Sarah contact me that evening, never received a call from her, the next day I called and asked for Sarah to contact me, she did not. I called for 3 days straight and was never placed in the phone with Sarah, on the 3rd day I was told she had left for vacation that morning and it would be a week before I could possibly talk to her. The associate I talked to that morning helped me With my situation and said they would not charge me, would com and pick up the chair, he said that Sarah was the one that ok'd the destroyed chair to be delivered to my home, that was after the driver picked up the chair from a different store went back to his Marshall TX store had lunch and asked if it was still being delivered in it state and she said yes. I never heard back from Sarah on that until almost 6 months later, they still had not picked Up the chair, I offered to bring it them myself just to get the thing out of my house but was always told no and that I was on the next delivery out to Jefferson. 6 months later, I was charged for that chair when I called and was finally put on the phone with Sarah, she acted like this was the first time she had ever heard about my dislike for the chair. She argued with me about the condition of the chair and how I need to pay my bills. I told her I did not want the broken recliner to come and pick it up and to refund my payment they made from my account for that chair. She stated she could not refund my money but she might be able to apply it to my other account. After that it took an additional 3 weeks before they finally came and got that chair. Since then they have screwed up payments, and when they need to get a hold Of me they will call me or my husband about 10 times per day on each of our Phones. I have asked and asked them o remove my husbands work number and I get yes ma'am I will make a note and do it Immediately. Still waiting on that one to happen guess either they never made a note, Or don't Look or know how to read a note regarding an account. So this past July I guess they had an issue with he automated payment, and instead of Sarah calling she has waited until the last week of August to let m know there was an issue so now I will be two months behind. I asked why they didn't notify me on the issue and she stated it was not their job to tell me to pay my bill. Hmmm, it is automated from their end. If you have an issue when you are trying to submit the payment you notify the customer in order to get it resolved, but not Sarah apparently that is not part of her job description or the policy of Aaron's. But before her if here was ever an issue with my payment I would get notified immediately. I need a new stove and TV, was planning on using Aaron's again since I have actually gotten a couch set and a washer and dryer set from them and have been with them like I said since 2016. But no I will find another Place they just lost a good customer. She is very much lacking in the customer service area.

I was introduced to Daniel when he worked in Chicago. I gave him a difficult job: make sure I'm always the best dressed person in the room, for every occasion. I'm happy to say that he has succeeded in his task. So much so, that now that he is in Texas I still only work with him via phone and IM. If you want someone to do exactly what you ask, he does it (I've been very particular with some orders) and if you want to say "I like this color or such-and-such a look" he makes it happen. And, I've always been happy with the results of "I don't know Daniel, whatever you think is best." Whichever way you want to work with him you won't be disappointed.
