We ordered on a Tuesday, and our building was delivered and assembled 12 days later on the following Saturday. There was a hiccup as they were assembling it, base upon what the salesman told me, but when I called they had a solution delivered before the installers left. There's two types of businesses when it comes to problems; the kind that blame shifts, and finger points. The other is one that takes ownership, finds a solution, and implements it. The installation crew supervisor called me and said he'd be there the next week but never came. i had to hire someone to do it so i could get it inspected by the county. there was so much overhang on the roof (Approximately 4"-5") and had to hire a roofing company to cut it down to get gutters installed. I put a deposit down on a carport at this place, they said the building plans would be emailed to me and the Dixie County building department. I got the plans and filled out all the papers, back another 25 miles to the building department only to have them tell me they don't accept building plans by email, this was a Friday. I decided to drive up to this place and cancel the order at 4:00 the following Monday because I was not going to drive back and forth to the building department and jump through hoops for a carport. With a little grief they decided to refund my deposit, if you live in Dixie County lots of luck getting a building permit......

We called them around 10 AM and Logan arrived at our home around 12:30 and began work immediately installing the OEM part we ordered from Maytag. The door boot was installed in under thirty minutes.
