I recently was able to look up the details of my addition on the county permit search portal and it disclosed many issues (including several failed inspections) that were never reported to me during or after the construction. Needless to say it explains all the problems that arose in the following years. I called the owner several times when I started noticing the problems but got tired of all the back and forth and eventually just gave up and dealt with the problems as they arose. (There were many) This came as both an emotional and monetary toll. I am shocked that this company is still in existence.

They came out and said it was not bad work and they gave me a number of a roofer to repair it. I called another company who re-taped the roof, installed flashing over the edges near the home. Sealing leaks, pictured attached. The first four pics are before, the rest after. I plan on having a complaint filed against them and the county inspector. I highly recommend that anyone hiring this company for similar work or anyone who has hired them and you have issues like leaks, take them to court. File a building code violation.
