Then approx. a year later she tried again ,the allegations got much meaner and stronger. Back to court and their 100 % huge lies just basically scared the judge. David didn't bring any of the evidence or witnesses he promised that would of proved that nothing happened, In court I tried to tell David what really happened on some of the allegations and he said " sit there and be quiet. I lost and I received a 3 year Restraining order. The judge told us that we could return in 6 months to review the case. David dropped me approx. 1 week after the trial. I contacted David around the 6 month date and requested that we return to court to straighten out the mess, he declined. This was purely a money, customer grab. I have never said anything to this lady, nor threaten her or her friends. No harassment, nothing. The huge problem with a restrainer order is that if someone is out to get you now they have the legal right on their side. Now it only takes a few more dirty lies to get you placed in Jail and criminal charges. This vendor continues to make false allegations. This is a conspiracy to destroy me and my business by the competing vendor, it's seems to be personal. I was warned about this lady before any of this started . Since the court date I have lost my business , my beautiful legal commissary kitchen , my three trucks, my income, my reputation, my health. I'm now 61 years old and will find it almost impossible to resume my business from scratch. I was a A + business, BBB. everything legal and above board. I have one year remaining on my TRO and I'm in hiding from the vendor, they are trying to put me in jail with their lies. I have surveillance tapes of the competing vendor and myself on it, nothing happened but they tried as hard as they could to have me arrested by the police, this has happened several times. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and complained about David. He said that he couldn't discuss my case because of Attorney Client Privilege. I told BBB that they had my permission to discuss. He again stated that he couldn't discuss because of Attorney Client Privilege. Unfortunately this is fairly common practice for restaurants, salons, etc even though it dilutes the integrity of the Yelp platform. It's a bit surprising that this type of behavior would also come from a legal entity. Admittedly, this does feel a bit petty to point out, but I initially used Yelp to decide to work with the Wong Leong Cuccia office. This platform is meant to help us see past a company's own branding/marketing/sales material so that we get a genuine sense of how business was actually conducted with other customers. "And what did you say when I accused you?" (MICHAEL COLLINS) A. "I said, Jason, I'm willing to admit that some of the billing may have been overbilling, but I expected you to pay it."
