While I didn't get to meet the technician during that first visit, the results spoke for themselves: the ants were completely gone. Meeting Adam today was a breath of fresh air. He is an incredibly well-mannered, standup guy who took the time to educate me on the specific products he was using to mitigate the ant and roach issues. It's rare to find someone who is both highly effective at their job and so willing to share their knowledge with the customer.
