Cons are too long to list, first off if you enjoy talking to someone who is a completely different person one day, then a total dick the next, the Property Manager who, unfortunately, lives ON SITE. This guy thinks he was like an ex navy seal and Lamplight is his battle zone or something, guy walks around with a branch up his ass, total loser. Hits on all the women there, skanks, he hoes, heffers, scip scaps and scally wags. This guy is a major Con because you constantly are forced to deal with him as there is shit constantly breaking, mice all over the place, squirrels living in the walls, "nothing they can do, get a cat" but thats against policy so they dont really care, dont miss a payment date though because if you do they will be calling their attorneys already, they must be used to "high class" renters.... Apts are filthy and OLD as crap and so energy inefficient your O&R bill be astronomical. This place needs to be gutted and renovated, not just patch over patch over patch, you can see this too if you look, nothing is really ever fixed, just patched. I lived many places in my life, this place still gives me fears of renting ever again.
