I was sent someone else's LARGE order. After hours of hunting for this team on Facebook to let them know I had their uniforms, my friend and I were successful and found the team. I have sent out a handful of emails and have been on hold for hours. This poor team is playing games in t-shirs waiting for uniforms they worked very hard to fundraise for that weren't even delivered to the right person. I will be looking for a new company moving forward. VERY disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Besides that, they might as well post for shipping, you get it when you get it and not an actual date. There's literally no accountability. I feel like they have little to no contact with their vendor. Or their vendors just don't care what they think..... I am always told they are in contact with their vendor but then no update. The item just arrives when it does. If you are ordering, give yourself +2 weeks from ETA for a safe buffer, maybe even 3 weeks. They said a not acceptable past ETA is a couple of weeks. Eeek! The customer service is non-existent. They just repeat the same lines over and over again and at some point your order will arrive at your door with no shipping notification. I've ordered 4 times and not once have I been given a tracking number via email. The custom jerseys are thin which you expect for $20. The items are made in the Caribbeans from what I have noticed. Still waiting for my order, was told earlier this week contacted vendor will update you. End of week still no correspondence when following up. How lame! After Epic Sports replied to my review, I thought great they want to try to help. Nope, just trying to look good that they responded. It's literally just their marketing department sending me the customer service link to start a ticket. Literally marketing saying they can't actually follow up. I already contacted them twice the week prior. Not sure how giving me a link to what I already have completed is of any assistance.
