I've never dealt with a company that has such terrible customer service. Although I love their jerseys and quality, there's no way to get through to someone. I was sent someone else's LARGE order. After hours of hunting for this team on Facebook to let them know I had their uniforms, my friend and I were successful and found the team. I have sent out a handful of emails and have been on hold for hours. This poor team is playing games in t-shirs waiting for uniforms they worked very hard to fundraise for that weren't even delivered to the right person. Love hate relationship with this place. We like it because it's an affordable option for rec teams for personalized jerseys and when kids grow every season. Besides that, they might as well post for shipping, you get it when you get it and not an actual date. There's literally no accountability. I feel like they have little to no contact with their vendor. Or their vendors just don't care what they think..... I am always told they are in contact with their vendor but then no update. The item just arrives when it does. If you are ordering, give yourself +2 weeks from ETA for a safe buffer, maybe even 3 weeks. They said a not acceptable past ETA is a couple of weeks. Eeek! The customer service is non-existent. They just repeat the same lines over and over again and at some point your order will arrive at your door with no shipping notification. I've ordered 4 times and not once have I been given a tracking number via email. The custom jerseys are thin which you expect for $20. The items are made in the Caribbeans from what I have noticed. Still waiting for my order, was told earlier this week contacted vendor will update you. End of week still no correspondence when following up. How lame! After Epic Sports replied to my review, I thought great they want to try to help. Nope, just trying to look good that they responded. I think this is a company you are either going to love or hate. My personal experience was quite positive! In fact I have been a repeat customer and didn't realize until I did a Yelp search to write this review how many people are not fans of this company. My use of this company and one of the positive points is you don't have to buy for a whole team. This company is quite easy to buy many different items with a quantity of one. That's exactly what I do since my grandson goes through growth spurts but needs sport shirts for school. I often go to the closeout list and carefully read the item description to make sure I know what I am buying and that I will be happy with the item. Even if you are not shopping the closeout items the prices on all their merchandise is quite good. Another bonus is not only are there a multitude of styles there is also a huge variety of colors. The website is easy to navigate. It's easy to add things to your shopping cart. It's just as easy to delete things from your shopping cart if you have second thoughts. It's a snap to pay. I have always been happy with the short time to fill the order and receive the shipment. The only thing I can't rate the company on and seems to be an area of dissatisfaction is having an item printed. I will be back to Epic Sports this Spring for more school sport shirts. I have been a long time fan of Epic Sports.. This year alone I have spent over 7k alone on uniforms, equipment, and I had recently bought 2 full sized goals. Before this I would have said 10/10, always wonderful... HOWEVER they have changed their customer service to online/text/email support only... This was also the same time I ordered 2 full size goals with a cost of 4k for the order... I had a HORRIBLE experience with the chat and the email customer service. I spoke to three different people each was not helpful and had me fill out a form or send an email to the other ones, which no actual support being given. In the end I was promised that I would be scheduling and coordinating delivery of the goals I ordered, however they refused to call me, refused to have a manager call me... did not give me the shipper info- in fact they stated that the shipper was not assigned yet and that some one would contact me.. and I have a scheduled delivery on the site for 4/3 - This NEVER happened and my 4k purchase was not only just dropped and left outside - but it was dropped and left broken a school storge unit and comprised a handicap parking area. I found out because the employees at the school came across it while walking after church on Sunday 3/29.. Very Very sadly I will not be using this company anymore. We used Epic Sports for some custom pants for our 10u rec softball team and the pants as beautiful as they were, did not adhere to the measurements provided on the website. The pants came back way too big, so much so that not one girl on the team fitted into the pant. We tried to work through their "Helpsesk", but were repeatedly told that since they were custom pants there was nothing that could be done. There was no attempt to try and rectify the situation, rather Cariel from the Helpsesk informed us that there was nothing that could be done. So we are out $350 with absolutely no attempt from their end to try and make it right. I can only speak from this one order of custom pants for a youth rec league, but we are informing everyone in our network to be careful when it comes to ordering custom pants from this organization, because with us there was zero attempt to try and make it right. As such, we will never use Epic Sports again for our rec league, nor could we recommend them for any other organization based on their lack of interest in trying to rectify the situation. I get it, they are custom pants...we did not expect a full refund, but we did expect some kind of gesture or effort to make it right for which we got nothing. Negative stars if I could, for completely wasting my time and money and (almost) directly impacting Christmas for my 12 y/o. Ordered a Christmas gift on 4 Dec, with a delivery date of 16 Dec. Not ideal, considering it's 2025 and such, but still, long before Christmas, so no big deal. Until 16 Dec came and went and I had no updates, no tracking info, etc. I reached out to customer service, who told me (shockingly!) they saw the same thing as me, and asked if I would like to expedite my request for an update. Seriously? Finally received an "expedited" update on 19 Dec: "We're sorry, all or a portion of your order is "on hold" due to Out Of Stock items." 15 days to determine that the product you charged me money for WAS OUT OF STOCK?!? The excuse was "This item is being fulfilled by a vendor warehouse partner. I have contacted the vendor warehouse to receive a status update on the delay or tracking information." So, buyer beware--it appears that you are buying American, from a good ol' company...but it's apparently a front for folks to peddle goods with no regard for customer service, integrity, or accountability. Turns out that, even though the prices are better, you still get what you pay for. INCOMPETENT COMPANY Bought shorts for an entire basketball team and paid almost 50% more than the order for rush delivery. I had no issues with paying the markup for the expedited services. The day we're supposed to get it comes and goes and Epic hasn't even put the order together in order to ship it. I asked them to cancel it since it's past the deadline, they are insisting on still sending it and having us go through an RMA process. Keep in mind that they haven't even put the order together yet and it's past the date they said they'd deliver it by. No customization, just plain old shorts that we paid a premium for. The customer service is abysmal, it can only be done by email and you get template answers. There is zero empathy on their lack of customer service. Prices are lower than average, sizes are misleading, and the return policy is garbage. I bought a hat for $20 (hat+shipping), but it was way too large (I was on the bottom end of the L size chart, but the hat was large enough to pull down over both of my ears) so I tried returning it. Return shipping was going to cost me $25 from southern CA. I'm left with a hat that doesn't fit. I order regularly from Epic Sports. I have had some issues with delivery, but this time they take the cake. I paid 45.54 for 3 day shipping (order placed 5/21) being told "estimated delivery" would be 5/27. All updates on the website stated delivery would be 5/27. I got a package containing 3 of the 30 shirts I ordered. They then updated that there would be 2 shipments. Still delivery of 5/27. Yesterday, no shipment of the second parcel. Today, shipment on its way, will be here 5/29. NEWST update, there is a third shipment, now estimated to be here FRIDAY 5/30. So long story short. Don't pay for the expedited shipping, because they don't honor it. (if they don't have the items in the warehouse, don't promise 3 day) I am sure I will get the run around when I message them FRIDAY to see about getting the shipping refunded. read more

Customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. Wally, in customer service, told me that I would be able to adjust the logo on my order moments after I placed it. I took the necessary steps requested by Wally and thought my order was good to go. The next morning, Morgan answered my request and told me that Wally is their "AI Customer Service" and that my message wasn't read until the order was already in process. She then told me nothing could be changed at that point, because they didn't see it in time. Apparently, this is my error and I was told they can't do anything. I spent 45 minutes to an hour entering each players name and number only to have the jerseys show up with the last player I entered as the only one complete, the rest were blank. I reached out to them to see what happened and what we could do about it given the limited time before practices began and Toby just sent me a copy and pasted "We appreciate your feedback" email along with a copy of my invoice essentially saying it was my fault. Thankfully I had already ordered the missing jersey names and numbers from Jiffy.com and was able to apply them myself in time. We ordered roughly 270 uniforms for a spring baseball & softball Little League season. 90% for the order was completed in a good way and decent quality for the price. The 10% of issues were no logos on visors, sizes not being accurate to order, missing items and some quality issues that can happen. The problem was the lack of customer service in responding to the issues. Almost impossible to speak to someone and when you need them, they were very defensive and combative attitude when you could get a hold of a person. The effort was placed into driving the buyer into an electronic portal that we had already done repeatedly, with no response. The "Chats" do not count as communication and is not relayed to anyone or any function box. A different rep said it had to be an email, and we lost a week of time in bad business process. We are a volunteer organization and do not have dedicated people to stay on this as a full-time job and that is what the subpar customer service made it feel like. All companies have issues, but I would argue how those issues are addressed really defines a company and Epic Sports has been an Epic disappointment in this regard. read more

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. The league ordered hoodies for teams and they were over a month late. When I called the first person said the will be on way in the next week, when that didn't happen, i called again and the next person told me that they had an issue with their vendor, but have another one and should be shipped soon. When that didn't happen, i called again and was told they don't in fact have a vender and do not know when they will be shipped. We finally received them almost a month and a half into the season. They did not reach out to let anyone know of a vender issue. They text and email you about a dozen times reminding you that you should expect and order. But then don't do it for actual reasons. I.e not fulfilling a policy THEY have with a guarantee of shipping and receiving dates. We never received a call/text/email to let us know of the situation. Just took our money and hoped maybe we wouldn't ever ask. Now they are refusing to give issue a refund for their mistake and hassle it has caused the league. They want us to send things back for a store credit of HALF of what we paid. I have never dealt with a company like this before. Their customer service sucks. They don't care about people. Missing items and no customer focus at all. It's if the whole operation is running out of the back of a car, which I have dealt with business like that, but got great service. Paid 400% above price for overnight/one day shipping. took 2 days. Arrived too late for the game. Customer service on chat responded that I will receive RMA and return shipping label. Then by email other agent refused to take responsibility for the shipping statement nor for the agent promise on their own website. I ordered my son 2 pairs of sports underwear with cup. I will say it's my fault I ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it. However, it took forever to get here. I tired to cancel/exchange it which you cant do after it ships, but it was in "shipped status" for 10 days. It got here, and I tried to do an exchange but the item said not returnable. I understand that as well, but I tried to change it before it got here like the website said and it didn't work. Sent me jerseys that had completely inconsistent sizing. Some of the mediums were smaller than the smalls. Some were correct size. A customer support agent tried to issue me an exchange, but their manager literally stepped in and cancelled it, claiming that the jerseys were within the margin of sizing difference. I sent photo evidence with measurements. They ignored it, and just invented new measurements that they claimed to have seen in the pics. Literally would have cost them $20 to make this right and send me the correct items I paid for, but they're apparently too stubborn to acknowledge their own mistakes. Buyer beware. I have ordered several things in the past from Epic Sports because of their great pricing. I decided to give them a shot for 5 matching shirts we wanted to have custom printing on. This is not their specialty. First I received an email every day "updating" me on my order. It was the same email every day. It had an estimated delivery date. I understand what the word estimated means. I am just writing this review so you can be aware of what you might encounter if you make a custom print order. My shirts were not even printed until the delivery date and I am not even sure if that would have happened if I had not emailed. Needless to say, the shirts were several days late. Second. The print was much smaller than the image it renders on their website. I was told my logo was small because that is what I sent them. (a 3" margin around my logo was blank) I scaled my logo down intentionally several times until it looked how I wanted it to look on the shirt on their website. I believe I uploaded the image about 5-6 times until I had it just right. When the shirts did arrive, not reflective of what I was sold, management gave me all the small print policy that covers them. They did have every right to refuse any kind of reprint or refund. I would have appreciated some type of communication that my order would be running late or that they would expedite it for free since they were running behind I would have liked some sort of communication if there was an issue with my logo. I would have liked the management to care or show some sort of desire for customer satisfaction. My family was looking forward to these shirts because of how it looked on their website. All this to say the long wait was very disappointing and we don't even like the shirts or want to wear them. Epic Sports does not specialize in custom printing nor will they stand behind the satisfaction of their customers.
