The skatepark is SUPER tiny and is meant for more experienced skaters as it has big bowl, but every time I have been here there are rude boys that make fun of girls and think they are cool. They also smoke w33d here unfortunately. I wish they wouldn't because there are children around.

In a more recent visit to the Lagoon, I noticed that a NEW SIGN has been posted that says that: SWIMMING is PROHIBITED hmmmm. So how exactly are we supposed to enjoy this lagoon if swimming is no longer allowed? However, buying permits for non motorized vessels is still allowed: Paddle boards, kayaks, etc. So, If I flip off and fall of my kayak or paddle board? Am I not supposed to swim? At the entrance of the lagoon, there was a tent with a City employee selling day/yearly permits for using the lagoon with non motorized vessels (This includes paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, etc. We were also reminded that dogs must stay on leash, that nobody can swim (kids or people not paddleboarding or kayaking can bake in the hot sand). It is no longer allowed to use inflatable toys (We had brought some foam noodles for the kids to play with). In short, the outing to the lagoon was a disappointment. We had 2 very hot kids that were complaining that they could not swim and the annoyance that we had hauled the noodles and other floating toys, but were told we could not use them anymore since swimming is not allowed. Carlsbad has so many rules, it is just an unfriendly city for its residents. Some rules just don;t make sense to me such as: No dogs on city parks (This rule still is baffling to me, why is it that a dog cannot go into a park? Are they going to be banning kids next from going into parks? I sure hope that the City gets more complains about such excessive rules, so they can make some changes. Just for an example, Encinitas parks ALLOW dogs and even ALCOHOL to be consumed in many of the Parks picnic areas.)

If you speak to the supervisor you will never get one I am still waiting for an officer to call me about why my vehicle was towed which they say is because of a 72 hour which I just move the car 10 hours ago this makes absolutely no sense they personally attacked my vehicle because of some neighbors that were angry with me. I need proof of the vehicle being there for 72 hours because it was not there was no markings on the tires from officers nor was there any sticker on the back of the car just tells me they just came out and hooked it and left. People at the front office are completely disgusting they get super snarky if you have any questions or if you have a little bit of anger toward your situation They will double your anger back at you. The only real limitation is that you do not leave your car there for more than 4 hours. I don't know about you, but a CHP office is probably the last place you would want to break this rule at. There's a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby to help pass the time because who is going to sit in a parking lot for 4 hours?

I haven't attended it yet. Anyway, as I was driving to my Yelp event, I noticed the road was quite windy so please slow down your drive if you should be on Mission Drive. From the 15 Fwy, it's about 5 miles into the heart of Fallbrook. I find this city to have more of a meadow like atmosphere than a metropolitan vibe. I like meadows. I didn't see much of downtown, but I can pretty much guess how it is. I don't have much more to say about this city. However, I do plan to return to Fallbrook for the Avocado Festival one fine day. Levine went above and beyond his supervisory duties by making an arrest himself. I am grateful for these sergeants' commitment to public service and their exemplary representation of law enforcement. Like the charger stadium in mission valley, these text book examples of mid-century modern design may be lost for all future generations because it he aesthetic doesn't align with current, contemporary buildings. This monolithic, industrial power plant is a staple to all San Diego residents traveling north or south on the 5 and erasing this from our collective memory would be a mistake. They have an absolutely superb high tea you can ever imagine. To the left is a craft store with so many hand made items to catch your fancy and purchase for yourself or someone dear. To the left of the shop is an antique shop that begs a nostalgic walk through their shop.

With peaceful parks, Cruisin' Grand, mom-n-pop shops, and so much culture, this city is a gem. People almost everywhere speak Spanish and English here, and this is definitely a safer city for BIPOC versus some surrounding cities. Another great place here is the California Center for the Arts, Escondido! That place always has low cost or free events for all types of families and individuals! I 100% recommend checking it out. You can also catch some pretty views of the city at night if you know which streets to check out.
