She said $30 for 6 ducks, that is more than original quote. Then she said that was not going to split it up for me. I had at least $100 of stuff I was going to buy but I left. I was waiting outside for my husband and could hear the owner making fun of me to another customer for wanting to "break up a set" It wasn't marked as a set!

After purchasing an ~8lb item measuring ~12' x 8" x 8" for $87 it took FOUR emails over 3 weeks to get an explanation of any shipping arrangement although that IS OFFERED on their HiBid listings. Finally the excuse for delay was that they had too many items to carry to their car (!!) to take them to a UPS store. Then I'm hit by a $92 shipping charge (AZ to central US) with NO previous communication of the cost or conditions of shipping. Calling and speaking to "Kathy" then "Lynn"; she tells me it's packed and "at the warehouse" and I just don't understand that she had SIXTY-THREE packages to pack! Approaching 4 weeks. And still no tracking number. Beware

The cashier wrote a receipt on a generic yellow receipt book that says TSH Farmhouse sign $19.99 + tax $1.92 total $21.91, that is correct. It has a receipt number and says retain for your records. The cashier never gave me the printed receipt from the register. My charge card was charged a total of $219.09 which is $199.90 + 19.19 tax. Obviously the cashier added a zero at the end of $19.99. Nothing is EVER priced with a dollar amount and .90 cents at ANY STORE. Mistake or on purpose? I don't know. but why not cross reference the receipt number that I was given with the odd charge of $199.90 on the printout cash register? Of course I put in a dispute with my charge card company but Miners and Merchants refuse to admit they made a BIG mistake! I will not give up, no store has the right to STEAL from a customer and then lie about it! I still have the Attorney General's office and the BBB to get in touch with about these thieves.
