The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive, and seems to genuinely care about us residents. Even in the event there is something going on or an emergency, they make sure to email us letting us know immediately. They've also done a TON to beautify the grounds and keep it clean. This is actually my family's second stay here, we had moved out to try to save for a house but after looking at the market, it was a no brained to come back here. The property is mostly townhomes, but there are smaller apartment buildings also. It's not one of those new, chic places that a bunch of newly graduated college students go to live - this place has class, and seems to be more of an older crowd which I like! I just want to say how much I appreciate Vernell (one of the the security guards). He has been so welcoming, helpful, and always makes me feel safe when working. I can say confidently that he really cares about the tenants and will do anything for them - even helping carry in groceries! He has been working here for 19 years, and is very good at what he does! The amenities here are great also! There is an amazing pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub for the residents, along with a cabana bar that serves food and drinks for purchase. It makes you feel like you're on vacation! There are also a community garden, dog park, tennis courts, a grill area and a play set for kids. Inside the clubhouse, is a very classy styled bar also which opens when it gets colder outside, they also have a few rooms with lounge chairs, tables, a fireplace, multiple TVs, and a pool/ping pong table. They also have an event planner that plans things like Halloween parties, meet and greets, etc. I really enjoy India Creek, which is why I chose to live here! The staff is very helpful and nice and it's very convenient being right behind the Kenwood mall!

Our windows leaked for six months from rain and we complained five times before they actually did something about it. I had to even move furniture after my C-section, just so the rain wouldn't ruin our furniture. The maintenance people never call back. Never communicate with each other and honestly don't even act like they care about you. If you need something fixed, do not count on the maintenance people. Then, we find that our ceiling in our laundry room is leaking where the dryer vent hooks up. So, the emergency maintenance guy comes out and unhook it. He then contacted the maintenance guy at the landings, and the guy never came out to fix it, or even check up on us. The emergency line people are awesome, but the maintenance people on site at the landings are awful. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the amount of money that you pay for these places.

The unit I received did not look like it had passed a proper inspection, with multiple issues that needed attention right away. The most concerning was the laminate wood flooring, which I asked to have replaced before moving in--but instead I was told to wait weeks, creating a huge inconvenience. Even now, after repeated follow-ups and chasing management, the flooring work has been left half-finished because the work order was incorrect. On top of that, several other work orders (tub drain, window screens, door jams) were started but never completed, some lingering for more than a week. For a place marketed as "luxury apartments," the first month has been frustrating and far from luxurious. I expected better quality control and management responsiveness.

Maneuvering a security building far from parking was not an option for me. There are multiple first floor entry options & ample parking right out the door. Lighting is excellent and I often walk after sundown feeling perfectly safe. I really enjoy living here and it made the transition from home ownership to apartment living bearable.

My car was stolen parked in front of my door. I have had mice multiple times as have my neighbors. The pool in the summer is only open a few days and closes at 6pm so if you work at all forget about that. I was charged twice for rent and then asked to pay the processing fee for the company after they charged me twice. Kitchens are not updated. Windows are old and because of that you get free heat but you will be paying for air conditioning to be sweating inside all summer. The 24 hour workout "center" has five machines for a community of ~1000 people and is not open 24 hours. Overall there are newer communities that provide much more.

Located on the border of the Licking Riverside Historic District, the 1880s-style architecture blends in with the the legendary community of Covington's heyday. The Historic District is lined with trees, small green spaces, and a mix of Italianate, French Empire, and Victorian-era buildings. These apartments have been newly erected, and as such, boast modern interiors. You won't find exposed bricks or lofty ceilings here. Roebling Row caters to the traditional box-style apartment with a spacious great room, bedrooms with large closets, and laundry in every unit. Some even come with balconies that overlook the beautiful Cincinnati skyline and Roebling Suspension Bridge. Parking is somewhat of a problem. There is a small lot for residents in the rear of the building, but its filled by early evening. Across the street is metered parking which is free between 5:00pm and 9:00am. This is fine if you work first shift, but you could find yourself moving your car around if you're on a different schedule. Amenities include a fitness center, sundeck, and storage on every floor. There are also some swanky perks like an ice maker on the fridge, a built-in microwave, two car garages, and organic produce delivery. During the summer, a farmer's market sets up shop on the weekends right around the corner. Roebling Row is also right across the street from some delicious local pubs like Keystone, Blinkers, and Molly Malone's. All of this, of course, comes with a price tag. If it's in your budget, Roebling Row is a fantastic and gorgeous place to live. RENT: 1 Bedroom: $1000 / month 2 Bedrooms: $1300 - $1800 / month

I've lived at Roebling Row since July 2010, and I honestly can't think of a location that offers…read morebetter bang for the buck than this place,provided you can jibe with a few of things I've listed below. #1: The most affordable units are the 2 bed/2 bath apartments. Split the approximately $1300/mo in rent and you've got yourself a location that's walking distance from Mainstrasse, the Licking River Historic District, The Banks, Paul Brown, Great American Ballpark, Sawyer Point, and the rest of Downtown. #2: Parking can be a bit rough at times. The positive here is that RR offers free off-street parking in the private lot behind the building. The negative is that the lot is often filled up by 8pm. Plenty of free off-street parking is available between 5pm and 9am. #3: While the exterior of the building may look cool and contemporary, the interiors of the units are your standard-fare apartments, replete with beige carpet and white walls. It's not a bad thing, just think of it as a blank canvas with which to work with. #4: The general age of the residents is closer to 145 than to 25. I wish I were exaggerating, but yeesh, there is definitely a lack of people my age in this building. Then again, maybe they're just avoiding me. #5: The staff and maintenance are 98% excellent. I haven't had any personal complaints about them, but I've heard a few stories from other residents. Nothing big, just small stuff. If you've got a roommate, I can't recommend this place enough, especially with the potential to have the Roebling Bridge, Ascent, and the upcoming Riverfront Park just outside your door!
