These indoor playgrounds are so much fun for kids of a variety of ages. And great way to spend a cold snowy day and a place for kids to burn so much energy! We came here for a birthday party and they had a great setup- room with plates and cups, pizza party package, with juice and pop. And a card loaded with tokens for the arcade games. They have a nice food area with plenty of seating and it's a little set away from the main play area which if you want a little space and break from the noise it's a nice respite. A good selection of snacks from fruit and veg to pizza, coffee and slushies. High chairs available too. Onto the play area! Wow so many cool spaces! I love the little hidden ninja monkey bar zone, the upstairs soccer area was a huge hit for my boys, along with the super big climb and silver slide- the challenge to get up there with the rock climbing style holds is epic that even the adults wanted a try! There is also a trampoline zone and tunnels and paths everywhere. So it's easy to lose your kid in there! The projector zone with the animated animals was a neat concept and I liked that it was a room all on its own. Next time I'd love to do the coloring activity where you can add your animal to the scene. But I also noticed that they do a good job keeping the areas tall and wide enough for an adult to follow their little human around without having to super crouch the whole time. There is also a super swing which looks interesting but both my kids were too nervous to give it a try. Maybe next time! There is a nice little toddler zone that's pretty smack in the middle of the whole area, so great if you have a little one you need to watch while the older ones run around. And the staff notice when big kids start invading the little kid zone and while we were there they did several conscientious announcements shooing the big kids out of the toddler zone- thank you and I appreciated that so much having a little one myself! read more

It has seen better days. They removed the air guns which were the highlight of the playground. Instead fixing to look "new" again - they are "fixing" it with duct tape. Makes you wonder how much longer will last, like should these kids be walking over it or crawling over? Arcade is nothing special and their redemption prizes are a joke. Chuck e cheeses has better redemeption prizes at a reason ticket price. Half of the arcade games were not working. Party room was not stocked with utsenils so i had to run down to the cafe and take forks from. read more

Went here with my 3 yr old son. Overall a fine clean place that is economical. However the amenities are geared towards older children. A lot of the slides felt dangerous for 3 year olds. read more

We have been coming here for a few years now. Since my little one was about 2 and now as an almost 7 year old she still really likes it. There are some really neat features like the climber up to a super steep slide and the spider web. The toddler section is pretty sweet and there just seems to be lots to do. We have ate at the little restaurant once and it is the typical fare you find at these places. The place is in alright shape but some places are showing some wear. Altogether it is a great place to blow an hour or so when the kids are going bonkers! read more

Been to a few of these activity areas but this has been my favorite! There are so many quality pieces of equipment and the space allows for easy access to adults. The cafe is large and the seating is plenty. My kids will love to come here for years to come and my husband can bring them to give me time at home for relaxing (who am kidding I will be cleaning). We can play go for lunch and I can bring them back for round two so Dad can get his time too. It is a WIN! WIN! WIN! read more

This place is amazing and set up for kids of all ages. A 3 and under area, video games, separate room for a marketplace play area, slides, kids trampolines, air canons and these elastic band "floors" that you slowly fall through. There is bar seating around the younger kids play area, a fairly large cafe that not only has a screen showing a movie but another cycling through security cam footage. They are open 9am to 9pm every day with separate rooms if you want to have a birthday party. Tons of staff on hand keeping things very clean A definite recommend for anyone with kids for long Edmonton winters. read more

We just had our sons 1st birthday here, we all had a blast! The place is very clean, and big inside lots to do! They have a play area for babies/toddlers, then of course everything else anyone can go on! The party room we had was very spacious, the room set up & clean up is provided with the package so that makes it easy & less stressful! We brang in our own decorations and they decorated the room which I must say they did an amazing job, it looked so good! Of all the kiddo play places, this is my favourite because they designed it with adults in mind - You don't have to break your back climbing the structures with your kids and can even take a normal side set of stairs to the second floor. There is a giant foam ball battle pit where I usually park my carcass and pick off little kids at random. But seriously, it's an awesome feature that I thoroughly with my 3 year old. My six year old loves to explore the giant climbing structure and various slides. There is also mini trampolines upstairs and a toddler play area. It's cleaner than most play places I've been to and you actually have to get checked out by a human before leaving as opposed to the places where your kids can push their way out. My sister invited me to meet her at Hide N Seek on the weekend and I honestly had no idea what she was talking about. When I got there I didn't have to pay an entrance fee - I just told them "My sister is already in there," they stamped me, and away I went. It. Was. Awesome. I haven't had so much fun as an adult in a long time. My nephews were pulling me along, taking me down slides (which were a rush, even as an adult), shooting foam balls from air guns, and of course there was the ball pit. I loved how I didn't get in trouble for playing with the boys. My sister drives from Athabasca to go to Hide N Seek once every week or two. It's a great time for everyone! read more

We took our 15 month old here today to have a run around, and he had a good time. The place is big and fairly clean, considering how many kids are in here on a regular basis. They have a toddler area, which is always a bonus, but those never hold Finn's attention for long. So, why only three stars? We got there well before noon on Friday, but we're still charged for a weekend admission. I could see if it was after three, maybe, but a regular Friday is not a weekend. Ten bucks for a 15 month old is steep. Most places I've been to are either steeply discounted or free for Littles under two. There are signs with rules posted everywhere, but not a single staff member around enforcing any of them. The toddler area is supposed to be three and under, but there were plenty of kids over that age tearing around in there. That makes it less than safe for the really little ones. There were also several kids who felt the need to take toy shopping carts from the theme play room, one metal, into the toddler area and chuck them down the slide. Where they parents were is beyond us, but this is why more staff presence would be great. We didn't try the food, but not many people seemed to be eating it. They have a policy of no outside food, which I kind of get, but I didn't even feel comfortable giving Finn baby food there. It felt taboo. There are plenty of washrooms, which is awesome, lots of parent seating, and a small kids only trampoline park. The arcade was quite underwhelming, but Finn was quite taken with the dance game, which played only Korean pop music. The waiver was easy to sign and didn't take long. Also a bonus. We might be back, but no before checking out somewhere closer to home. read more

Took my little cousin here for his birthday the other day and we both had a wonderful time. It was our first visit and we signed a waiver, and then entered into the play area. We were given a discount on the admission and also some free tokens! Having the smaller child area, private rooms, and then gigantic play structure was nice to cater to different demographics. The various games they have are super fun and very unique, including a hammer game, spider game similar to whack a mole, and a very interesting house of the dead for kids but with water gun type game! The play structure itself was very intricate with many obstacles, a giant play put, guns that shoot balls, a spider climbing structure, and countless slides - it was a super workout! It was a fun and fantastic time for a very reasonable price and there is ample parking. Check it out! read more

Overall I would say this place is pretty much on par with any of the other indoor playgrounds. They have ample seating for parents on both levels of the playground. They have a small cafeteria that offers snacks drinks and fast food type meals at outrageous prices. Like a bottle of water for $3. Ha My kids love how the slides are super fast, at least according to them. The trampoline area is pretty limited compared to some other play parks out there but there is still plenty to do. This place is pretty big so there is plenty of room for running around. One unique contraption that this place has is the spider web. Kids seem to love it but to be honest I can not stand the thing. Now this is kind of morbid but Every time I watch kids play in it I have visions of a child getting entrapped in the ropes and getting strangulated. As far as I know a child hasn't been hurt but on one occasion I did have to help a child after their ankle got rankled up. He wasn't hurt but we left soon after that. Lol. I may just be paranoid but I would recommend keeping a close eye on your kids when their playing in that thing. There are a couple different areas for toddlers to play that look easy enough to supervise which is a win. read more

I think this must be the biggest indoor playground in Edmonton, complete with just about any type of play structure you can think of, for all ages. Trampolines, video games, air soft games, baby area, crazy slides, ball pits, and tunnels galore. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, including bathrooms and party rooms. The cafe is predictably over-priced (and you aren't allowed to bring food in as is the status quo with these places), but fresh (which isn't necessarily the status quo). read more

Parking is ample here. Facilities include a child sized toilet in an individual stall and change table. No shoes allowed and socks must be worn when in the area. There is a stroller parking zone and a set of small lockers for valuables. I do appreciate how entry and exit gates are controlled by staff and that everyone gets stamped in for entry. But, it would be nice if there were staff there at the ready for that purpose. At least they were friendly. It wasn't busy here at all either and we went in the afternoon as part of a party booking. This place is fairly large for playing with a separate zone for those under 3. Parents can accompany their children too. There are video cameras around the play area like the trampolines. However, I didn't find it to be well supervised by staff as there were children who took food with them into the play zone or had a very delayed response time to attend to a child crying in the play area for their parent. No outside food or drink is allowed which is a crying shame because the little cafe inside is quite pricy for what's offered when compared to it being equally priced to a Starbucks. Service is a little slow there too. Tokens to go on any rides or play any arcade games are overpriced as well. I don't think I would take my child here without reason such as a birthday party. At least cleanliness was not a problem here. read more

This is likely the best indoor playground of its kind in the city. It had a super large play structure for kids, the biggest toddler structure I've seen, was very clean and keeps kids entertained and active for several hours. A few cons: several of the games ate coins, the ball air shooter feature is really loud (too loud for my four year old to want to go near it), making the entire place sound like a construction site. The trampolines were closed because they were broken which people were grumbling about - people wouldn't mind as much if they gave everyone some ride/game tokens to make up for it. You get what you pay for ;) Although this place is a bit pricey to take 3 kids to, it is SO worth it if you plan to spend at least a few hours there. With many climbing and sliding structures, a games to engage their attention, the children get a lot of exercise without needing the parents to constantly follow them around. And their food services provide fairly 'healthy' alternatives to the usual fried fare available in other play establishments. The bathrooms and eating areas are spotless even when the place is busy. I occasionally look after 4 kids (they are my girlfriend's siblings) and they love this place. It has one of the largest play structures in Edmonton, separate areas for younger kids, a small trampoline area, some arcade games, and a restaurant. Entry for four kids was probably the most expensive in the city....but the kids can spend up to 4 hours here without complaining of boredom. I can't comment on the arcade or restaurant because I don't utilize those services. Decent seating and free WIFI for the parents. Some parts of the play structures are showing some wear. Usually the staff are usually friendly but I have had a couple of negative experiences. read more

We love taking our daughter here for her to get energy burned out. It's free before a year, which is good but if you dont have a curious active child that young I'd wait a bit before coming. For $10 of unlimited play time for a day you really can't go wrong. My toddler went nuts here and had a blast. They have a trampoline pit, touch screen dance mats, slides on top of slides, and a nifty ball bit with black lighting. Two levels that offer loads of fun for kids. A large area in the middle for the ones under 3. Lots of seating around the smaller kid area that allows you to see everything. Nice seating in the cafe. I have a child with a peanut allergy and they claim to be peanut free. I asked to see the box for the cookies they had for sale and right on the box. Peanuts. Cookies made with Reece peanut butter cups. So parents please be aware. Lots of fun games too but a bit more expensive than other play places and the payouts for the tickets sucked. Food is typical. Hide n' Seek was impressively clean and large. While we were there I saw three separate people whose job it was to constantly clean. The boots area in front, the cafe, the floors etc. were all spotless. It was busy (on a Monday), but there was enough room for everyone. The staff is so overwhelmed with all the party's that are over booked!! Here are a few things that will leave you stressed out! - no one returns your call the same day and the "party planners" don't EVER answer their phone! - won't have your room ready on time! - don't expect food and drinks to arrive at the same time! - don't leave your cake with them because they will wreck it. - won't give you your tokens as part of your promised package!! - equipment is ratty and torn already - staff have no communication with each other! This venue is fantastic. The play areas are well thought out and it's huge which kept my very active 3 year old running for over 3 hours. Open all day 7 days a week is unheard of for such a reasonable entry price. Something I really liked was the safety aspect. There are gates to stop the kids from wandering out. We also got stamps on our way in, which were inspected on the way out to ensure that the right parent was taking the right child. I've already organized our next trip! read more
