It seemed like it took a while for the food to come out, but that might have just been because we were hungry. I got a chicken Philly with sweet potato tots. The portions were on the small size, which was good so we weren't falling asleep the rest of the day. The hoagie the Philly came on was excellent. It was really soft so it soaked up all the flavor. It took the server a while to bring our check. Like I said before, the place filled up quick and there were only 3 or 4 servers on the floor. I ordered at the bar after sitting down for a bit without anyone approaching me and was able to put in an order. I know most breweries operate like that, but I did see other people getting served, so that was a little interesting. The place is super clean, and the different seating areas fit so many functions. I took a meeting here and got some work done before heading out. The outside seating is nice too. This is a must try in the downtown Dublin area.

Unfortunately, they were the best part of the experience. I order the shredded chicken folded quesadilla with rice and beans. My wife had the steak triangular quesadilla which came with nothing else. The rice and beans were ok but both quesadillas were loaded with salt. That's all we tasted. Fair to say I don't use a lot of salt in my cooking but I wouldn't have expected that as the main flavor in both dishes. Based on that experience we will not return.
