The arborist who treated it is very knowledgeable and did a walk through for other trees, providing great insight. The tree is flourishing, so it certainly seems like what they're doing is working! The communication has been bumpy, however. It isn't as streamlined as other companies, with lots of phone tag, and the inability to pay the bills online is a minor annoyance this day and age. We might stick with them (no pun intended), but we're also keeping open the possibility of shopping around elsewhere for one that's a bit easier to schedule, coordinate with and pay going forward.
