My husband called them the day we bought the coupon expecting that we'd probably have someone come by within a few weeks, but by the end of the evening, we had a written estimate for everything we wanted done and the price was incredibly reasonable. For our $400 coupon and an additional $500, they trimmed several trees that were near lines going into the house or were touching or almost touching the house and hauled off the branches, hauled off a bunch of other branches that were piled up on our property, cut down a very big mature tree that was dying and hauled it off. Additionally, they have agreed to grind out multiple stumps, although that will be done at a later date.
