A timely appointment was made for the estimate, information on the rental car process was provided and a repair appointment scheduled. Drop-off of the vehicle was easy, we were provided a timeline which proved to be pretty accurate and my husband was kept informed during the repair process. I picked the vehicle up for him after work and we were pleased with the repairs. The biggest downfall for both of us was the female staff at the front desk. They are neither helpful nor friendly. No personality at all -- sign here, here's your keys. Where's my car -- in the lot, didn't you see it! No opportunity to see the repair before "signing here." These females provide the first impression of the facility and it is not a good one. Not sure if we have a choice that we would use them in the future based on the experience from the front office.

He had one excuse after another, he was sent wrong parts, etc. He found additional damage to my car and was told by insurance company to fax them a supplement so he could be paid. After twice delaying when he said he would have my car done, he told me it would be done Monday. As of Friday afternoon, he still had not faxed the supplements so he could be paid and refused to release my car to me, even though I had signed a direction of payment so he could receive the check directly. Also, while holding my car hostage, he informed me in front of a police officer, who I called while attempting to retrieve my car, that he would charge me 50 dollars a day to leave my car sit there, even though he was the a$$ who would not release it. I would not advise my worst enemy to take their car here.
