After a lengthy service people usually need to go to the bathroom- especially mourners who have driven from out of town. One bathroom to use for the entire congregation was abysmal. Further, my Uncle's name was misspelled on the video tribute. Finally, the funeral director supplied little or no instruction for the procession and especially for the pallbearers who wandered around with no instruction from the funeral directors.
