I met Ms. Tara and she was very friendly and welcoming. The funeral Chapel holds at least 200 people or more. I'm not sure of the total Value however the funeral service s and quality were exquisite. Video services are also available. Very sad occasion but beautiful services.

On a day that can be wrought with many emotions for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, Forest Lawn went above and beyond to make the day special. From the gospel music that was playing throughout the cemetery to the intentional focus on ensuring that the grounds were immaculate, to providing food, they went to great lengths to show their care and support. What I appreciate most about Mrs. Bankston is her consistency and follow-through. Whenever I've had an issue or concern, she has followed up and followed through on a resolution. I told her to hold on to the offer since I have to call my daughter and my support group as an elderly adult and retired with fix income . I called yesterday July 20 to ask her to give me the refund of the balance I already paid to the old contract that I no longer need. I never get a response. Today I called again to return my call and still did not get their response . Please help me resolve this issues . I have the right to get a refund of a purchase order that I no longer need .

The chapel was clean, had sparkling crystal chandeliers (they were very clean), and the stain glass windows were simple but nice. Black piano in the lobby added a very classy touch, and contributed to the nice atmosphere. Seems like there were a lot of friendly employees available to assist quests. Also, it seems like the venue was able to house an other service simultaneously. I'm very impressed with the entire business. There were monitors on the wall that were reflecting some family memories. However, great bonuses were the acoustic in the room and well working microphones so the quest could actually follow the beautiful seremon and the lovely songs performed by the mourning family members. Parking lot was not paved but at least there was enough parking. There were some parking spaces on the street as well.

Very rude very short and very disappointing to call a funeral home and get this attitude. She didn't know if I was calling to get service or checking on service that had already been rendered. Early 2024 we discovered that the vases on two of our families graves had been destroyed. Not only our family members vases but vases destroyed all over the Cemetery. We started Calling to inquire when this would be fixed and have been told they are on order they will be fixed soon. We called numerous times during 2024 and got the same response. It is now almost a year later and still not fixed. I am reporting this Cemetery to the Offices of the Secretary of State Cemeteries. I would advise you to check if you have family buried there in case this has happened to you too.
