Over 30 mins of waiting on them to give us prices for the items we had, is truly uncalled for. The owner or manager or whatever, was beyond rude to my family and I. I would recommend staying as far away from this "estate sale" company as possible. Should have known when a lot of the regular buyers weren't there. ORGANIZING AND MAKING SPACES LOOK FANTASTIC!!!! So Stacy did what I had hoped for, she looked and got a vision of what our master bathroom could be. The bones of the room were ok, but everything else wasn't. Whenever I walked into my bathroom, I wanted it to feel like something in a beautiful magazine but we weren't able to do this by ourselves. Stacy came and saw what needed to happen. She brought lovely and very specific ideas for each area to become highly functional and chic BUT WITH NO CLUTTER!!!! We have every item we need to use in a bathroom like toiletries, hair styling stuff, towels etc. but our bathroom looks like a sleek bathroom in a magazine. How? Because of Stacy. She sees your space and she knows what needs to happen. In addition, Stacy is a sensitive, empathetic, good person. She won't make you feel bad about all your stuff or your housekeeping or dirt or dog hair. She is a normal, really nice person who also has a house with a family and pets. I love her. You will too!

Inside were things that you said went with it if they bought it. I heard you. The only reason that sweet couple bought that piece was for a gun barrel from the early 1900's. (1911 was it?). I heard you tell them everything inside had to go with that piece. All inclusive. You literally, after they bought it, took that gun barrel out and would not give it to them. They were begging you to give it back to them but you said "NO, it was yours". In fact, it was theirs now. They asked would you sale it to them anyway and you said, "No.". You needed it. They were restoring a gun but you did not care at all. What you did was THEFT. You stole that from them. You embarrassed them. You are extremely dishonest. I taped you and that display you caused. What else did you take. It's a concern. Don't even attempt to deflect or lie. There were too many witnesses. PS. I hope the estate sale owner sees this. I'll be tracking them down. Have a nice day.
