SUCH AN UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. I went into the boutique…read moreand they had me write down a bunch of information before helping me, and after I was done, the lady working asked me what I was looking for. I told her a prom dress, and she asked me what size. I told her anywhere from 0,2, or even 4s work on me. She looked at me kind of funny, and showed me where they were. I started picking out dresses, so that I would be able to have them all to try on without having to put on all of my clothes and have to go BACK out , fully dressed to pick out more dresses, and for some reason that dissatisfied them. The sales lady looked at me after I had picked out 3 dresses all size 2, and with an ugly look, and told me I should "make sure your in the CORRECT size", as if saying I needed a bigger size. I ignored and kept picking out dresses. Then, ANOTHER sales lady walks over and implies the same thing, and tells me I should try the ones I already picked out ON, instead of picking out more. So, feeling like I had no other choice, I did. And every single dress was $375+ and all extremely long and did not fit correctly. As I was trying on dresses, the workers would knock on the door. And pressure me to come out, and a direct quote : "Are they even fitting?" . They only let you bring 3 in at a time so I had to get fully dressed and go back out to get the next 3, which was extremely aggravating and inconvenient. Again, they knock repeatedly and made me extremely uncomfortable, pressuring me to come out of the room. I walked out of the dressing room, and they asked why I didn't come out in any. (There's mirrors in the room). I told them all the dresses were too long, and didn't fit me correctly. The sales lady laughed at me, and said "Any dress you get, you'll have to get hemmed and have adjustments made". I left and found a perfect dress that needed NO HEMMING OR ADJUSTMENTS at david's bridal for half the price. Would not EVER recommend and would never step foot in there again.

I bought a heart ring ($98, but plus tax = $107) from the pandora section of Dillards on 3/13/26 …read more This was a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary, we first opened the ring on 3/15/26, where my girlfriend noticed it was deformed and missing diamonds. We tried to take it back but Dana and her manager refused. Claiming that she would never sell a ring like that and was very sure. When we requested to roll back the cameras they said "No." They also do not show you the ring before purchasing it, they just put it in the box and give it to you. After they refused me the refund I went to the official Pandora store to buy a new ring and they gave me a preview of the ring and boxed it in front of me. I have no reason to destroy a ring that's meant for my girlfriend and return it.

I went to purchase a shirt under this sign so I grabbed two others of the same value just to cover myself. I scanned each shirt and they came up to around $17.00. When I went to check out - the total cost was $56.00. I asked why so much for one shirt and was told the cost was spread out on all three shirts. That is not buy one get two free. That is bs and should be notated. Be careful when shopping here. The signs are very VERY misleading.
