I always go to Just Smoke because they are the only ones that have the type of wraps that I enjoy. The customer service here is GREAT. Much better than the other Just Smoke location that's close by. The associate, Micah, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know if all the sales that are approaching. Awesome guy! They have a large variety of everything that you're looking for in relations to smoking. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

Just Smoke has just about everything you'd need when it comes to smoking at reasonable prices. As of recently, they just started the sell of Delta-8 products, which seem to be a booming business. The one thing I don't like about this place is the service. One time I was close by and they were closing in less than 15 minutes. I called to alert them that I was around the corner and that my purchase would only take seconds, but when the guy answered the phone, his response once, "Thanks for calling Just Smoke. We are closed. *click*", which I found to be pretty rude. The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because the prices are really good, in comparison to other smoke shops I visit. I purchased two flavored Macanudo cigars swiped my card and realized that the cigar which retail price was $10.99 was $22.99. The owner cited a computer error with the barcode system as she checked the same brand cigar with the wrong price. Instead of refunding my money she offered another cigar of the same brand To justify the $36.02 total. Whereas I only wanted two cigars as I'm a casual cigar smoker. This was my first time visiting and my last time. I will remain loyal with my regular tobacco shop.
